Very nice!

Great place and close to historic downtown Florence.

This property is well-maintained and well-loved. It is obvious the owners take pride in providing a clean, comfortable space for guests. There is no a/c, but the costal breezes at night are cool, allowing for a comfortable evening. The room was very clean. While there is no coffee pot, they will provide one upon request. The fridge is good size with a freezer.

Nestled in a serene setting, this beautiful home exudes tranquility. We truly enjoyed every moment spent there, creating lasting memories in such a peaceful atmosphere.

It was a nice, quiet place to stay that was walkable to shops and restaurants. When we checked in we were provided with recommendations on where to eat as well as cool things to do in the area! Will come again!

Lovely

This is a cute little property walkable to downtown Florence. The property is a bit dated, but the staff are incredibly helpful (even brought us a whole coffee setup, upon request). You can easily walk to the downtown area, with lots of restaurant and shopping choices. Overall, it's a 3.5 star property in a good location.

Small bathroom.......otherwise nice with good people running it

We picked it because it had a 9.0 rating and I’m not sure how I got that. Maybe things are relative because this place was somewhat dull in appearance and amenities. The walls were thin. We could hear people talking in the room next to us and it’s not because they were loud. They were just talking normally. There were no USB ports on the night stand nir an available outlet. In fact there were only a few extra outlets in the room at all and they weren’t placed in convenient locations. Bottom of the barrel refrigerator microwave but they worked and they were fine, but just not what I expect from a nine out of ten star place. I don’t wanna beat up on the place too bad because it was fine, but I expected a lot more from the rating. Let’s just say a Hampton Inn is way nicer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed one night in Room 1 - such a delightful place. We decided to stay a second night and had to move to Room 9 which was pleasant and laid out differently. We were close enough to walk to Old Town to explore. I highly recommend this quaint inn.

I loved staying here! We brought our 18 month old and took the walk down the hill with the stroller and it wasn’t bad at all! Such a great place to stay that has more amenities for families!

A nice place.

This hotel is tucked-away and up a short, steep driveway. We had been on the road for several days before arriving, and this spot had more personality than other places we stayed. We had one of the upstairs rooms that contained a large Jacuzzi bath, and that was a treat after a long day of driving. The disadvantage of that amenity was the room is a bit small for it, so it was cramped; but the pay-off of the hot bath made it worthwhile. We didn't have much of a view but the wooded area behind the hotel is nice. We had some trouble with the TV, but the staff came to our room and fixed it in person: That personal touch was great. I would choose to stay here again.
