Véritable déception, je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux après avoir lu les retours d’autres voyageurs. Si les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de qualité, les installations électriques, la robinetterie et le mobilier en général mériteraient un bon coup de neuf. Idem pour les installations collectives, comme les transats au bord des piscines. La nourriture est bonne et le personnel toujours prêt à rendre service.

One of the most wonderful resorts I have stayed in. The property is amazing. Walking from our room to the pool, spa, and restaurant felt like we were walking through the jungle. The daily breakfast was fantastic. The service throughout our stay was top notch. We will definitely stay here again when we visit this area in the future.

Fantastique séjour que nous avons choisi de prolonger malgré le fait que nous avions déjà réglé notre prochain hôtel. L'Hôtel Véranda Naturel Ressort propose un hébergement dans un cadre naturel somptueux, nous avions le cottage familial avec 2 chambres et 2 SDB, sur 2 niveaux et la visite des singes sur les terrasses en fin de journée était une vraie attraction. La corbeille de fruits dans la chambre à l'arrivée leur était-elle destinée ? C'est le choix que nous avons fait. La piscine à débordement est juste fantastique avec une vue mer à couper le souffle. Le restaurant est également un incontournable, le petit déjeuner y est juste le meilleur de notre voyage de plus de 3 semaines entre Cambodge et Singapour. Choix incroyable, cuisinier à l'écoute des demandes particulières, service parfait. Nous reviendrons avec énormément de plaisir ! Merci pour cette parenthèse enchantée.

Normally we are not ‘resort people’ but this might just be the nicest, coziest, friendliest place we have ever stayed. What a wonderful hotel secluded in lush green hilltop jungle settings. It’s really like living in a soft and comforting paradise. Our garden room including a private balcony was just so so nice! The restaurant is just awesome. Food and staff! And unbeatable views! Breakfast buffet is good, wifi works well….just nothing to complain about! Wow, we shall return next year! At least for two weeks!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always a relaxing place. Wonderful pool. Breakfast was good but they were not eager to refill when items are gone. A reinvestment of this property is sorely need to maintain its quality.

Beautiful and restful retreat. Despite being some of the only guests, all facilities were open and we were treated like royalty - the two swimming pools are beautiful, spa provided full service and food was excellent. We would definitely go back again and recommend it to anyone who needs a break.

I stayed for only 6 nights and wished I could stay 3 weeks; a place where I was able to relax and feel pampered, make a home base for local touring, but also to read, contemplate, and heal. Also ate nearly all my meals at Secret restaurant: Amazing food and sincerely warm hospitality.

Really lovely spot. Great service. The best thing about this hotel is the excellent infinity pool and brilliant spa treatments. Don’t even think of going to someone local to save money. The girls here are amazing at massage and nail treatments.

Ok resort. Shower does not drain. Bathroom flooded everytime we showered. Hotel is outdated. Ok for short term

Have stayed at the Veranda Natural several times. It really is a unique and amazing property that I highly recommend. The rooms are blended into the surrounding natural landscape and both pools are well maintained. Each room is created differently. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy.

I spent 3 nights at the resort with many friends. The staff is excellent, easy to understand/speak English and always check how things where and all staff greeted me as they past.While the room was very large and comfortable with nice view it's a bit worse for wear. The entire resort looks like Covid-19 has been difficult over the last 18 months. I was at the resort about two and half years ago and the property was incredible. While the structure is there many thing look in disrepair from a lack of staff. I wish the resort well and hopefully Covid will end soon so they can get more guest to pay for the proper amount of employees such a large property requires. Perhaps I will try again next year.

A very nice place to stay but my only problem was the number of stairs! If you are elderly or handicapped, it is not the place to stay. If you are young, healthy, and no problems climbing many stairs you would like it. The room was large, clean, and had all that was needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was the usual fare and good. There are 2 swimming pools and both clean and set in relaxing areas of the hotel. The only other thing I can say is I would have preferred a softer bed.

Cleanest place in Kep. Beautiful location and setting. If you make it to Kep this is the place to stay.

Jamais vu une salle de bains aussi grande dans cette categorie d'hotels et en Asie .la chambre est spacieuse , confortable . Le service au resraurant est top le personnel souriant. Le bemol ce serait les patisseries : servies encore congelés ... Taxi pour l'aeroport de Phnom penh : 60$ pratique pour ne pas avoir à rester une nuit à Phnom penh avant le retour ... Dans l 'ensemble cadre de l hotel magnifique avec un superbe panorama où il est bon de rester plusieurs jours.
