Difficult to check in, poor communication, no toilet paper

The terrace was a great addition to the room and the view was beautiful. The room was comfy and clean. Someone came in and cleaned the room daily and changed the towels, only downside was the sugar and milk werent filled up again so we couldnt have a morning coffee all days. David, the host, was very helpful in giving us a map and suggesting the best places to go.

It was great, looks exactly like the photos. Very great location. WiFi was amazing. Checkin was a little unique, you have to let them know the exact arrival time to assist in checkin.

The apartment block is not in a tourist area, so it's a quieter experience of Barcelona without the souvenir shops, pestering and expensive restaraunts. We went to some fantastic local cafes and restaurants where we were made to feel very welcome. Ideally you need a little Spanish, but we got by just fine with my limited lingo! The apartment is perfect if you want to be left to your own devices. It really could do with a little fridge but local shops were open late to buy cold water. We had the room with a terrace, it is so comfortable and quiet on the terrace considering it's in the city. The bed was perfect and the bathroom was well laid out and really clean. I would certainly stay there again.

Owners are very friendly and helpful. Room with terrace is lovely quiet haven. Downside is no breakfast and no facilities to prepare your own

The guest house has a brilliant location. 10 mins walk to main tourist attractions and to the gothic quater. David was very helpful, reccomended us places to eat and go and was around everyday should we have needed to him for anything. The room was basic but perfect. An ideal hotel if you are in barcelona for a short stay. Had everything we needed and to top it off had a beautiful balcony to spend our evenings on.

Très très bon accueil, chambre très propre donnant sur une terrasse privative (transat, fauteuils...), très calme. Excellents conseils donnés par le propriétaire concernant les restaurants alentours. A 5 mn à pieds de Plaça de la Universitat et Rambla tout en étant dans une rue calme.

Sehr nette Leute, sehr zentral gelegen. SUPER TERRASSE und Pflanzen, für mich als Botanicfreak. Bei &Coffee nicht breakfast. Aber alles in der Umgebung zu kriegen. Für die wärmere Saison fehlt auf jeden Fall ein Kühlschrank. Dusche mal überprüfen. Handbrause geht, Regendusche nicht.

This was NOT a hotel. The photos online did not portray the room we were given. There was no daily maid service as advertised online. To evidence this we forced to knock on the office door at 7am as there was no toilet paper. The shutter blinds failed to work We were told that we had to leave the premises at 12 noon even though the place was empty of guests. This was a very bad experience, David was helpful but his mother (maid) could not speak English properly and was hard to communicate with.

Hotelli on tavattoman pieni, ihan tavallisessa asuintalossa oleva huoneisto. Huone on erikoinen, kattoterassista huoneeksi muutettu tila jossa kuitenkin peruasiat kunnossa. Näkymä oikein mukava, naapuruston katoille suuntautuva. Sijainti oli meidän ohjelmaa ajatellen keskeinen, aivan homoravintoloiden keskellä.

Barcelona was easy to navigate around using the Metro although the buses were also very good. The Metro is roughly every 3 minutes. We purchased Barcelona cards which give you unlimited travel on public transport and discounts off various attractions. So I would highly recommend purchasing one. The location of the hotel was very good for bars, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets etc.

Schon bei der Ankunft kam man uns sehr freundlich entgegen, wir bekammen sogar einige Städte-Trips vom Hotelier. Das Zimmer war auch super sauber, es scheint als wäre es ganz neu und renvoviert worden. Wir danken Sky Dome für die angnehmen drei Nächte! :)

Wir haben diese Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip (verlängertes Wochenende) gebucht. Die Zimmerausstattung ist weitestgehend neuwertig, das Bett bequem. Wir haben das Zimmer lediglich zum Schlafen und Duschen genutzt. Das W-LAN ist vorhanden und funktionierte gut. David war sehr auskunftsfreudig und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, U-Bahn, Aerobus usw. sind gut zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
