Friendly staff, clean room, awesome location

Exceptionally clean and smart apartment with all the amenities needed for a stay. I was impressed by the host and quality of the apartments. Standards were very high and you can tell they maintained the property well. They had parking which is an additional charge, but it was nice and secure. Only issues are the the WiFi can be weak at times. Also on a steep hill. We thought it was picturesque and added to the experience, for those with mobility issues this could be a problem. However do note, this is a city issue, so be prepared as there are steep hills everywhere in the town including to get up to the palaces. Location was based centrally between old and new town. We could get around easily. Definitely would stay again.

Awesome place and we enjoyed a lot

The location is excellent. Charming building in the Albaicin. A short walk to town and many sites. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and informative. I’d stay here again.

We just checked out of the Penthouse and don’t have enough words to describe how amazing that is. There are plenty of bathroom and balconies to explore. Decor is amazing as well. There are only a few properties in Europe where we have stayed over the years and thought that the cost was worth it. This property is worth every penny and we will stay again

Very nice property, great value.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in an amazing location just a few steps from the best viewpoint in town, and a few minutes down the hill into the centre. Great to have a private car park and the reception staff were super nice and helpful. We were a little sad to find out that the pool was only available for the penthouse, but very much enjoyed our stay.

部屋が２Fだったので、階段で荷物を持って上がるのが大変でした。　スタッフはとても親切で、チェックイン時に各名所の地図をいただき助かりました。

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé au coeur de l'albaicin très typique de grenade et a distance de marche de tous les attraits touristiques avec une bonne paire de chaussures.

Great views and the ambience of the Albaicin is amazing! The staff were super helpful.

처음엔 낡은 시설에 당황했는데 오래된 유적지이고 유네스코 세계유산 지역이라 해서 기분이 좋아졌어요. 그리고 오래된 시설이지만 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어요. 리셉션에서 친절하게 안내해주셔서 불편함 없이 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 감사드려요!!

Todo muy bien.

The listing was accurate. Very charming and they provided great directions on how to get to the property and parking if you have a vehicle. We did leave a day early due to the fact the WiFi/internet was so lacking we couldn’t do the work/homework that we needed to get done. Yes it would be great to completely disconnect that is not always possible and if you need internet for anything might want to book other accommodation.

Muito bem localizado. Espaço charmoso e aconchegante

La habitación es cómoda y el que incluya cocineta y lavadora es un valor adicional. Por supuesto sería ideal que incluyera secadora también. Un aspecto negativo es que el ruido de afuera se escucha muy fuerte y cuando hay huéspedes que hacen mucho ruido en la madrugada se vuelve difícil dormir.
