Very comfortable stay. Checking in was easy, the area is a prime location for food, shopping, and fun, and is very walkable. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Let’s start with the torn-up leather sofa in the Lobby and the temporary mobile AC. Upstairs the room overlooked an alley with dumpster, room was depressing and all night heard banging and bathroom drain gurgling. I wanted to go use the gym and it was the size of a coat closet, smelled of mold and drywall ceiling repairs were going on. Went to the pool and it looked like the size of a hot tub and that an out of control frat party happened the night before. Pool tiles smashed, missing and safety latter was collapsed and pulled up tiles and concrete! This was NOT the same boutique hotel as depicted in the photos online. I checked out that morning fleeing to a luxury hotel that made my trip to Austin enjoyable.

Enjoyed my stay, staff were amazing.

Had to move rooms because the AC couldn’t cool room. The second room wasn’t much better, as it never got below 72. Get better AC in the rooms, it’s Austin in July. Also, the rectangular toilets were super weird and hard to flush. The staff was lovely and did their best.

Love the location, rooms are clean and no funky smells. We changed rooms because the mattress wasn’t comfortable in the first room but the staff was very accommodating and there was zero issues changing rooms. Wish the bathroom lighting was a tiny bit brighter. Pool was lovely. Food at hotel was tasty, drinks potent.

Very friendly and helpfull staff at all levels. Housekeeping was excellent. My only ask would be coffee in the rooms. Otherwise , wonderful property and stay

They charge you a daily fee for amenities (that they do not tell you about), do not clean the room while you are there, but on checkout day start knocking almost every 30 minutes starting at 8am - even though check out is at noon and you put out the do not disturb sign.

Loved the bar with its great selection and lively atmosphere. The common areas are very comfortable and perfect for lounging, working, or socializing. The gym is well equipped for a hotel, with Peloton bikes and fitness mirrors (I believe from Mirror or a similar brand), which was a nice touch. The pool has a relaxed, low-key vibe that we really enjoyed. Our room had a good balance of style and function. The only downside was the very dim lighting, which wasn’t ideal on a rainy Fourth of July weekend. Still, everything else more than made up for it. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of South Congress and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Wasn't given my reward credit,although had it in writing.front desk staff wouldn't honor it.gym facility is tiny and not much equipment.Treadmills run-down w/uneven tread.Room service ended @9pm unfortunately.expected more from such a hip area of South Congress in Austin.

Liked the location. You can walk to bars and restaurants. The pool was nice but calk coming off in the tikes a bit. Great service everywhere. We had snack and drinks at the pool. Room were nice and comfy water pressure not strong in shower but nice to have the soaps and lotions. A little W&T but that is expected. Dt and the lake are a short ride away. Plenty of shopping and food/drinks to walk to. Again service was great everywhere!! Thank you?

all the staff were awesome! friendly and fun, great travel advice. we needed some extra assistance and received it in plus! Andy at front desk was a delight Ashley at the bar was an alchemist making cocktails and made our evening a hoot! The young woman at the pool was great as well’

Very easy parking. Convenient location in Austin. Didn’t like the lighting in the room, especially the bathroom, where the lighting is all on one side of the face. No handle bars in the shower. Note that the water is very soft.

Great amenities like restaurants, bars, pool, location. Rooms are big and nice. Staff was attentive and helpful. Love this place.
