Great place, stayed here many times

Very friendly staff and decent hotel

Fantastic stay lovely comfort room. Only thing is the bathroom lighting isn’t very bright. Fabulous grounds and lovely breakfast. Visited to watch Kylie at the 02 uber cost £50 for both journeys. 👍

The hotel is lovely on the exterior but inside is quite dated, with narrow corridors and almost non-existent soundproofing as it was quite loud in the morning and you could hear everything happening outside your room quite clearly. The staff was very friendly and there was ample parking available for a quick overnight stay.

Welcoming reception and nice touch with the upgraded room. Plenty of parking and hotel was clean and nicely furnished. Room spacious with all required facilities. Breakfast had plentiful selection and all good quality.

Staff friendly . Bed comfortable . Unfortunately there was a horrible amount of noise in the corridor at 2 am Saturday when selfish guests decided to have an argument . Not the hotels fault but affected our stay negatively .

It is located in a green quiet area and has parking.

We have stayed several times, this time other residents were noisy slamming doors and the bed was a little too hard for our liking, we stay here as its close to visit family. Breakfast could be a little warmer, overall happy with the stay and would stay again

Stayed here as I was running the London Marathon 2025. Lovely hotel on the main bus route. Staff were great and room was perfect. Just what I needed. Would highly recommend!!!!! 👍👍👍👍

Spotlessly clean and high quality bed linen and towels. Excellent service overall.

It is an old building that has been done up inside and now looks very smart. There are beautifully kept gardens to the rear of the hotel and also plenty of parking out front. Unfortunately, the age of the building led to a problem with hot water. There wasn't any in my room until I called reception. Apparently, there are sometimes air locks in the system. Someone did come up and sort it out very quickly. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, welcoming and efficient.

Have stayed here a number of times and have always had such great service.

Great hotel. Location was perfect for where we needed to be. Recommend the restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast, both were of fine quality and 5 star service. Room and bathroom was small but so well equipped, we booked a comfort room so no complaints.

The staff were friendly and the room was nice. The food was amazing and we had a nice little walk in the garden. I had a really good time there and definitely book here again.
