La chambre n’était pas super propre à notre arrivée. Il y avait des poils dans la salles de bain, du papier peint de décoller, beaucoup de scratch sur le mobilier, tâches sur le fauteuil, etc… Néanmoins, les aires communes sont bien entretenues et l’hôtel est bien situé.

Room was clean and staff were helpful. One of the bedrooms did not have AC, but we were ok as the weather was not too hot. Also, they do not have USB ports. Otherwise, it was a good experience and I'd stay here again.

The property is recently renovated, having clean rooms and friendly staff. The amenities in the room were sufficient but the washroom needs some storage space, hooks for towels & clothes.

Situated in construction zone. Balcony is full of dust and dirt. I paid a higher price thinking it will be nice to have a balcony. Disappointed. Front desk staff just shrugged it off, saying construction is by city. Restaurant was closed by the time we got there. Disappointed with stay. Wanted to eat at the restaurant, it was closed. Balcony experience was disappointing. Don’t stay there.

Like the cleanliness, comfort of the beds and spacious room except the bathroom is very small. The bath drain doesn't work properly. There are only two small elevators for the whole hotel. Have to wait at least 15-20 minutes each time before getting in the small elevator because they are always full! Entrance of the outdoor and underground parking is very tight. When we arrived at the hotel, there wasn't space to park in front of the hotel while we were checking-in.

This hotel was okay for our one night stay. However, I noticed a few hairs in the bed and washroom…Also, the elevator was very slow so we had to wait a while for it. Parking was included and easy which was an upside.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and it was nice to have easy access to two different delicious restaurants. The only issue was how slow the elevators were. We chose to take the stairs at one point which was tricky with all our luggage and being on the 7th floor. Other than the elevators, it was a perfect stay

L’emplacement est très bien, sauf que sur Le site il est inscrit rénové et honnêtement j’avais la chambre 310 et les bases de lit craque, de la moisissure sur le bord du bain les moulures seuil de porte manque de peinture par l’usure ect . Tache de café sous le bureau téléphone, Si vous retirer vos chaussures attention car les bas blancs deviennent sale très rapidement. Donc pour le prix que j’ai été facturé samedi et dimanche le 11 et 12 juillet je suis déçu. N/b le personnel est très serviable et sympathique.

Hotel Classique has clearly benefited from its recent renovations—the rooms and common areas look modern, fresh, and inviting. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to the updated appearance. Housekeeping was very basic and seemed to do only the bare minimum, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In addition, the elevators were extremely slow, often resulting in long waits that became frustrating throughout our stay. While the renovations are a definite improvement, better housekeeping and more efficient elevator service would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
