We arrived late & was checked in right away with no prob. I just want to suggest ti have big bottles complimentary in the room. Breakfast was ok…good to have omelette.

Great value for money. We had a suite which had two separate rooms so ideal for a couple and teenage child. Great location and plenty of options to eat around. We were welcomed by Hasna at the reception the first day with Moroccan tea and she was very nice throughout the week we stayed there. The breakfast was excellent and they even offered me to use my breakfast as iftar to break my fast. The hotel does need updating but if you are looking for a good space, excellent customer services by the staff and not too expensive then this is the right place. For check out again Hasna and Yaseen let us check out slightly late because our flight was in the late afternoon. If you want to walk to medina it’s possible but best is to catch 40-50 dhs (€4-5) taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and when we are back to Marrakech again we will stay again.

Underground secure parking. Good breakfast option, beautiful courtyard. Good distance from city.

One night stay and picked because nearby to the train station. Room was clean and well kept and the front desk staff were kind and thoughtful. Would stay again.

Helpfull staff, nice room & good room service, excellent restuarant with breakfast included which was gpod, open air swimming pool.

Very average hotel. Good location, friendlyhelpful reception staff, but hotel itself is a bit old/dated and could do with some repair in places. Wifi in room was very patchy and slow, often dropped completely. But standing in the hallway outside the room it was fine! Breakfast is OK - good variety, but lacking in some areas (bread was often stale, very little fresh fruit). Comfortable bed. Nice restautants nearby.

Not the easiest to get to from the airport, but they kindly checked me in even though I was very late due to flight delays. The surrounding area is great for food and music. The room itself was beautiful and very spacious but you could hear the next room which affected my sleep. Overall, I would check in again for a night or two, but nothing longer as I would like somewhere with adequate sound proofing.

Nice/average hotel. A bit dated, but generally clean and OK. Breakfast was fine......limited hot food or cereals/fruit, but continental basics - very adequate.

Great location, close to sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was a little bit of noise from the street at night but nothing that earplugs couldn't block out. Really lovely place.

The hotel is located in the CBD with easy reach of eating places and shops.

Omijaj ten hotel szerokim łukiem! DRAMAT! Brudno, smierdzi, hałas, fatalna obsługa, brak wi-fi, mógłbym tam wymieniać bez końca. Zdecydowanie nie polecam!!!!

Personnel très accueillant et efficace (sauf pour réserver une navette aéroport). Hotel calme mais literie à revoir et un changement de moquette serait bienvenue dans les couloirs. Chambre très propre.
