Good room , helpful staff and great location

The booking was hassle free. The reception was helpful and pleasant. Our stay was comfortable. Would recommend the Clarion Hotel to others. Brian and Helen

The room and bathroom is very clean. Great location ,just Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff are very friendly.

There was pictures of a restaurant, bar, gym and laundry room. None of these are at the hotel anymore

The entire property needs maintenance and upgrades. Staff was friendly. I chose a Clarion property because they have a good reputation. Unfortunately this property was disappointing and not worth what we paid.

Found hotel clean and tidy, very helpful staff. Close to where we needed to go places. Would return again. Only missed a pool this time of the year in Townsville.

The room was lovely - large, clean and modern fixtures. We arrived quite late and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

All the Reception staff were very friendly and helpful to me, an interstate visitor The room and bathroom was large and clean and the big surprise was the Nespresso coffee machine I would definitely stay here again should I find myself visiting Townsville in the future
