房間算乾淨 隔音差 五星酒店沒有什麼服務

Room is spacious and we love the breakfast

(1)酒店距離地鐵站及大型商場如壹方城比較遠，出入不大方便，酒店職員也是叫我們坐的士去。(2)酒店職員不知真的是對附近環境不熟悉，還是無心理會住客的提問!我們6月23日第1天到達酒店辦理入住手續後，隨即詢問如何去歡樂港灣即酒店遠處望見摩天輪的地方。酒店職員說不知道，只是再三強調叫我們坐的士去。經過我們自行探索，竟然發現酒店內經行人天橋約15分鐘便可以步行至歡樂港灣摩天輪所在地。(3)辦理入住手續前後，完全沒有其他相同級數酒店會有的迎賓飲料!(4)另外，房間除了飲用水，其他全部都要收費，所收費用比超市貴許多許多。我們事後搜尋，相同區域收相若價錢的酒店，房間除了提供免費飲用水，還會有其他免費飲料供應!(5)綜合而言，這酒店又貴服務又差，一次過沒有下次!

An amazing experience, great proprerty, it is located close to a number of dining and shopping options.. five stars..

We thought JW Marriott was supposed to be high end, the hotel lobby looks luxurious but were disappointed by the room we stayed in. We upgraded the room to a suite for a significant increased fee but were highly disappointed by how old the suite looked. The shower tiles are broken and furnitures look heavily worn.

They have a full gym, large rooms, very comfortable and very close to the bay area with restaurants, etc. Breakfast could have a bit more variety in cooked dishes for a JW but overall excellent stay, my go-to for Shenzhen business trips.

對酒店各方面也感滿意, 尤其員工服務很好也很友善。距離歡樂港灣不遠， 很方便。餐飲方面，早餐很滿意，晚上自助餐菜式很多，味道也好， 只是甜品選擇較少。

The lobby area is great and looks luxurious, but the rocks at the fountain look rather fake. The TV reception is not good as channels other than CCTVs could not be received. Although the coffee machine in the hall in Nepresso, but the one in the room is not, and the coffee did not taste good, machine is flimsy.

It was excellent as always. Thanks JW Marriot team.

訂房時房型寫是在高層，最後給了七樓的房間，只是在健身房及所有設施後的第一層客房，有點失望。 另外，因為跟隔壁房間是相連房設計，雖然相連門已上鎖，但隔壁房間凌晨時份嘈吵聲不斷，隔音很差，他們房間開門關門無數次，而且聲音就像是有人開我房間門一樣大聲，經常以為有人開我的房門，害我整晚也睡不好。 到早上不夠8時，又嘈醒了。又是開門關門聲.....無奈就早點退房走了

酒店裝修比較傳統，但勝在較大，早餐質素十分之好

This is our second time stay at this hotel within 30 days. The first time was booked at Gloria Wing, and we thought it is only next building, but actually it is a 10 min walk from the main hotel. This time we booked at the main building, but the hotel still put us at Gloria Wing. Fortunately Marriott rectified and messaged us before we arrived. Everything is good, especially the executive lounge.

今次去係陪女朋友濱海中心睇phantom, 由酒店行過去真係好方便。睇完好快就返到去休息。 今次仲加左晚餐，自助餐食身好豐富，我覺得物超所值。 仲想一讚酒店個洗髮護髮素好好用，臨走唔記得問係咩牌子，可惜
