The TV in the bedroom was damaged, the dining room table was damaged. The fridge was not keeping anything cold. The apartment was alright but could have been much better.

We have a good time in there

The place was very nice great view but the check in process was a nightmare. The front end should not be employed as they were extremely inpolite. As well as false advertising with a pull out sofa. Picture showed sectional and it was a loveseat no pull out. I had to sleep on the floor. It was after midnight by the time I noticed there was no actual pull out bed. cranky this morning.

Will definitely be back!

Can’t beat the location for tourist attractions and price, but it has the feel of a “meh” level air b&b that’s hard to figure out, not well signed and confusing re listed amenities. There was a lot of noise pollution, lingering cooking smells in furniture, scuffs on the walls, IKEA furniture… hard bed, tiny shower… like really not great all around. Do not recommend!

This was a great property for a downtown Toronto family adventure. Very convenient location, spacious unit, safe, amenities, lots around! Only issues were waits for elevators at times as it’s a large occupied building! And one key for a family of 5 wasn’t sufficient but when we requested a second one we were able to get one the next day. Next time will request one from the beginning. Will return!

The apartment is spacious, clean and luxurious. The check in, check out process is easy and streamlined. Overall a great experience.

Good downtown location. No warmth or extra amenities. Could have more streamlined communications /several emails and texts from various sources is confusing

Great location, thought i booked a hotel, but great turnover. The coffee pot is broken on one side and could cause injury for someone inattentive. Otherwise, great little trip in downtown toronto within walking distance of pretty much everything

The hotel offered a stunning view and a remarkably quiet atmosphere throughout the building. While the check-in process felt a bit awkward and unusual at first, this minor hiccup was quickly overshadowed by an overwhelmingly positive experience. The standout feature was undoubtedly the gym – impeccably equipped, spotlessly clean, and professionally designed. Without a doubt, I’ll choose this hotel again for my next trip to Toronto.

Room Thermostat did not function properly. Limited parking and inconvenient access to room from parkade no direct access. Very poor communication, no concierge.

Clean and ideally We booked this property for a show at 7pm. Checked in at 4 but realized there was a building-wide water disruption. We learned that from other angry and frustrated renters rather than the owner. Terrible communication

Great place to stay, a little bit difficult to get in at first as it is not a traditional hotel. But would choose this over a hotel anyday.

for a last minute place to stay, this apt was really nice! The only complaint is that I found most of the furniture uncomfortable, but that's not a huge problem!

Great location, Ripley's Aquarium and CN Tower across the road. Secure, safe, quiet, clean building and room.
