The room was very dirty and unclean. It also smelled like smoke cigarettes. There were not enough towels and the bed was not clean. One of the beds had no blanket and the pillows were dirty.

I was given a room with a clogged toilet. I told the front desk when I went out for the day at 9:30 in the morning. I returned at 2:30 in the afternoon and the toilet was still clogged. Apparently the maintenance man is not responding. And they tell me they can’t move me rooms as housekeeping is still working. So, here I sit with a clogged toilet and no where to go. I have been coming here for years, and this is the worst I have yet experienced. It’s like the staff don’t care.

It was cheap and it should have been. I requested water glasses or coffee cups and was given a cardboard soup bowl and told they didn't have and glasses or cups. No coffee either. Our outer door didn't seal, actually allowing light and breeze through. Think twice before booking here!

Place is dated. Needs to be significantly better looked after. Stained toilet. Rusted sink that had a hole it it. Clearly it was like that for a while. No towels were provided. Mini fridge was iced. Emply box of klenic was kindly provided. Two emply toilet rolls on of which still had the cardboard on it. The roll of toilet paper was sitting on top of the toilet. Breakfast was not provided.

The condition of the hotel rooms upon arrival was entirely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or habitability. The rooms were in an appalling state. As a direct result, my coaches and student athletes refused to stay at the property. They immediately returned the room keys to the front desk and escalated the issue to the on-site manager. Despite being made fully aware of the situation, nothing beyond a verbal apology was offered and you failed to provide any meaningful resolution. This lack of action is unacceptable and very unprofessional for the hospitality industry.

Clean but no face clothes and no extra blanket on the bed or in the room. Toilet didn’t flush properly and had to wait extra 45 minutes for room to be cleaned when arrived. Continental breakfast was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

Hotel is absolute disgrace! As soon as we pulled up we knew the pictures lied Whole place is run down and room was filthy. When we turned on the tap to sink and tub grains of dirt came out, we have pictures We went to the desk and got our damage deposit back and left We expect a refund or we will be putting a dispute in with our credit card company This place should be shut down

Staff was awesome, comfy bed, only issue is I didn’t get a wifi sign in and the pool is closed, however if you just need a place to stay for the week for work or whatever else this is the way to go. Good place to stay for the time being

Sheets are clean, plenty of hot water, and great rates.

Check in was 3pm when I showed up. Room wasn't ready, waited 25 min for cleaning. When entered, floor was dirty with grease spots, only one towel and no face cloth. Returned after 11pm, car lock would not function. Had long walk when tired (I'm old) down to reception and back for reprogramming. I've stayed here previously, always poorly maintained, snow and ice not cleared, in endless construction. Expected improvement but will not stay here again!

The front end staff was good. Never had the room i reserved. Had to switch to a different style of room. The beds are horrible one all the springs are shot in the middle of the bed. The other one was like a board. New Queen size bed mattresses are only 300 at Costco. There is no pool area to use. Pool is full of old furniture and air conditioning units. Was told pool is a summer thing but reveiews in summer sat the same thing. In the end all Ican say is you get what you paid for !! Its cheap but dont expect much!

Friendly staff Clean rooms

Had issues with entrance pass cards. Once resolved main entrance door from outside would not fully open due ceiling air vent drooping from. Did bot try reusing this door as vent issue was not resolved. Had to request glass or cups for drinking coffee or tea. No bathroom towels in room had to request same. Response for requests considered to be quite satisfactory. Upon arrival clerk confirmed reservation, took security deposit gave us our door entrance pass Cards pointed direction of outside door. Not overly welcoming feeling. Bathroom toilet paper holder needs complete repair as non existent. Did not try hot tub as we did bring own towels. Did not use continental breakfast as room seemed set up for use as chair’s upside down no staff member around. Had a good sleep and left prior to check out time.

I ended having to cancel my stay and was promised a refund and still haven’t received it

The place is a dive

DISGUSTING Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Pool, yeah right, it was filled with broken microwaves. Breakfast? Inedible. I'm not fussy but this shouldn't even be permitted as a hotel. Half the place is closed down and doors screwed shut. If there's a fire you're dead. Stay away!

Excellent stay & caring staff!

The staff was not happy for check-in or check-out. The hallways are disgusting. Bathroom light was flickering. Was not clean. No coffee, no cups but a coffee maker for show Iguess. Outside power polls for the car plug in rusted off. Not recommended.

Dirty, had to ask for washcloths and toilet paper. Heat/air didn’t work properly. Hair dryer looked dangerous, didn’t use it. No hot water one morning.
