Room was dirty. Pulled a chair back to find garbage and wrappers underneath. Carpet felt gritty.

Waterslide was lots of fun for whole family. Beds were super comfy.

The room was expensive and as it was a BW Plus, I expected a certain standard. The room not clean, stains on the sofa, the bed was lumpy, the shower curtain stained. The shampoo was empty. Overall disappointing.

The night staff were very pleasant and efficient with the check in process. The rooms were clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff kept my drivers license when I was checking in. I didn’t realize till the next day after I was gone that I didn’t have it so I called the hotel. They said a Manager would have to call me. The next day Connie the manager contacted me and told me they would charge me $45 to return the license through purolator. I asked if they could send it regular mail. She said there was no way they could get a stamp because they aren’t given money to buy stamps. Wow! Will never be staying at a Best Western hotel or any hotel affiliated with Best Western hotel again.

Basic but good, staff worked hard to be of service. Bed was comfortable and room clean and quiet. Better (more) in room coffee would be appreciated (only one reg). And the breakfast eggs were predictably awful… but the sausage almost made up for it. Overall happy.
