The staff at Riad Jamai were fantastic. Very kind and helpful. The location was great and easy to navigate in and out of the Medina. The breakfast is lovely. Would highly recommend this gem of a stay

We loved this place. It was beautiful. the pool was fantastic on a hot day. The staff were always so attentive to our needs. The room was clean and the air conditioning nice. there were some cochroaches in and around the pool every day we were there but none upstairs in our room.

Séjour a été fantastic et très reposant pour moi. Le Lieu est très calme malgré le voisinage bruyant. Sentimentale d’apaisement. Personnel très accueillant et gentil. Pas de pression sur les factures. Organisation du retour avec transport vers la gare de Fès impeccable. Merci

Local ótimo, mas bem distante da Medina e dos principais pontos. Equipe meio confusa na resolução de problemas. Tivemos problemas com a porta do quarto que não fechava, a água quente acabou por um dia e meio, passaram o valor errado do transporte até a estação de trem. No mais, foi uma estadia agradável.

Sehr hübsches Riad mit schöner Dachterrasse. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Taxibuchungen über sie sind allerdings sehr teuer. Zugang zu Fuß 5 Minuten von der Straße . Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sitio precioso dentro de la Medina. El personal muy muy agradable y servicial. En todo momento nos ayudaron y fueron muy amables hasta el final. Felicidades por tener gente tan honesta

A noter que le Riad devrait prévenir des arnaques les plus fréquentes afin d’alerter les voyageurs . Nous sommes sortis le soir sans problèmes

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Mohammed et son équipe qui sont d un grand professionnalisme : à l’écoute, bienveillants,courtois. Vraiment rien à dire. Les petits déjeuners et repas étaient délicieux et copieux. La chambre très propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Et le Riad magnifique et bien entretenu. Nous recommanderons ce Riad, bien situé, près de la Médina et très correct financièrement. Merci à toute l’équipe, nous garderons un bon souvenir de vous! Clara et Bénédicte

What an amazing staff! Great people :)

We spent two nights at the riad. The house itself is beautiful, but it’s important to know that the open layout means the rooms overlook the restaurant/lobby on the ground floor, so the noise level isn’t completely calm. You should also be aware that the neighborhood is not a tourist area.

This was the best Riads we stayed at. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were gave us great tips for around the city and we enjoyed our conversations together. Our room was beautiful and the terrace had an amazing view of Fez. Highly recommend Riad Jamaï especially if it is your first time in Morocco!

Le Riad Jamaï est un beau Riad, la chambre Indigo est très petite et sombre avec un manque d'aération ce qui impose l'ouverture permanente de la seule fenêtre donnant à l'intérieur du Riad. A part cela l'ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins, le copieux petit déjeuner Marocain est excellent. Situé au coeur de la Médina, les + 4000 rues attendent votre visite. J'ai mis 4 étoiles pour l'ensemble du séjour. Choukran à toute l'équipe du Riad Jamaï. Pascal

Beautiful room and Riad in general. Staff were helpful and pool looked nice even though we didn’t swim in it. The terrace was also great with really nice views over the Medina.
