Endroit super bien situé. Air climatisé apprécié, prix raisonnable. Par contre, notre chambre faisait littéralement partie de la réception! En fait, on aurait pu répondre au téléphone. Si vous vous couchez tôt, attendez-vous à "participer" aux conversations. Pour notre malheur, des clients se sont pointés tard un soir et ont placoté avant d'aller se coucher. Un peu plus et j'allais prendre le thé avec eux! Je pense que les deux chambres du rez-de-chaussé ne devrait pas être louées. Compliqué pour les repas, il faut prévoir d'avance, ce qui n'est pas mon fort en vacances. Il est plus simple de manger à l'extérieur. Beignes extraordinaires à 1 minute en descendant vers la place. Et l'hôtel est difficile à trouver, n'hésitez pas à demander. Une pancarte ou deux à partir de la place seraient utiles.

Bathrooms weren't cleaned in a long while. There was zero to no privacy in the room (curtains weren't long enough, doors with a see trough glass in it next to common areas). Zero to no sound isolation, ... Hotel personnel didn't know we were coming. They tried their best, but lacked in abilities

Personnel très sympathique et serviable: ils n'hésiterons pas à vous accompagner jusqu'à leur restaurants favoris; belle terrasse avec vue, très calme. Seul bémol: clim qui ne sert à rien.. !

The hotel has a genuine and most interesting decor. Our rooms are three flights up but we enjoy climbing up the old narrow stairs. Regretfully we only stayed one night. It was a last minute plan to visit the city of Fes. The hotel had been very helpful preparing early breakfast at 2.30am to help us observe fasting in the Ramadhan month. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed two nights here at the Riad and our experience was incredible. The Riad is very nicely decorated. The Rooms are nice and clean. For the price this is an incredible deal, and also the service we receive from the administrators of the hotel was incredible. They were so attentive to our needs and always helped us however they could. The breakfast is also very big delicious, including orange juice, tea and coffee. Pastries and a delicious cooked egg Moroccan style. We were very satisfied with our stay and the fact that is a 5 minute walk into the old medina. The proximity to business and other markets was unreal, you also have banks nearby. The lunch was really a bit overpriced and we had a bit of a surprise with the 400Dh bill at the end of our stay so do be careful with that. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend and the view from the terrace is beautiful! A nice way to spend your afternoon or evening.
