La piscine était chaude et propre. Le souper était excellent au point de vue du service et de la bouffe. Le seul point négatif a été le bruit qui venait du petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre qui était fort bruyant pendant la nuit.

Acceuil irréprochable, très courtois. Chambre propre et confortable. Magnifique vue sur les champs :)

It’s the staff. Wonderful place, pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, and more. But it’s the staff that will impress you.

Le spa et piscine tres propre et agréable. La chambre était confortable avec une super vue sur la vallée. Le personnel autre que la receptioniste a nôtre depart étaient courtois. Les cartes d entrée pour accéder a nôtres chambre étais défectueuse. Donc moi et ms soeur incapable de rentrer dans notres chambre Il avait plus de personnel a la reception Nous étions en pyjama et pantoufles. Après 40 min enfin la carte magnitique a fonctionné. Le lendemain a nôtre départ je suis aller discuter de cette situation qui a été pénible pour nous à la réceptionniste qui a eu aucune compassion pour nous et sans comprehension . Elle rejetait le blâme sur nous ...disant vous aurriez dû regarder dans la porte d entrée il a un numéro d urgence Le soir on voit rien Donc pour se qui est de cette dame Un petit cours en service a la clientèle serait pas de trop pour elle.

Outstanding restaurant and stay

room was big and clean, as expected for the price. however, the fireplace is cheap, tv is tiny, and the walls are paper thin. we clearly heard coughing, light chatter, and snoring throughout the night. there was lots of ice around the property, very dangerous for less mobile folk nothing complimentary in terms of in room water/beverages, or snacks (besides coffee+creamers) we found it interesting that breakfast was not included, which is surprising for a 300+$ room. when we booked we didn’t see a “food package” which apparently is a thing for this place that we needed to opt in for breakfast. not even some complimentary cereals or pastries for guests in the morning hey?… crazy. these little details make all of the difference for some guests, and cost the property next to nothing. won’t be going back, other auberge locations in the area are far more generous to guests. to be fair the gym is VERY well equipped (and clean), the pool/spa area is nice (and clean) - so this place might be an option if those things are important to you. the cleaning staff are very good at their jobs.

Excellent accommodations. Very clean and comfy. Lots of space in their suite with kitchenette. Loved the spa facilities and hot tub. Short drive to Mont Sutton village. If you stay here you must eat at their bistro. Food was spectacular- fresh and delicious.

The room was clean anc cozy and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

un très bon déjeuner mardi et mercredi! tout était très bon et frais et les serveuses très sympatiques. La chambre très propre ,ainsi qu a la piscine tout était très bien.

Très beau sentier de marche

Excellent place with great amenities. Nice size room with a very comfy, clean and big bed. Nice pool and much better than average exercise room. Nice sauna and indoor pool too. Has the added bonus of watching grazing cows from the outdoor hot tub. I wish I had more than 1 day to enjoy it.

Piscine et SPA extérieur aurait besoin de nettoyage, la terrasse du SPA d'un peu de teinture. Le site exceptionnel, avec un très beau terrain et bel aménagement paysager, avec vue sur les collines. La table du Bistro est excellente, les chambres sont très bien aménagées, et c'est très propre, le lit était super confortable. Nous y retournerons sûrement.
