Great hotel, great staff and good facilities. Would recommend if going to Gran Canaria.

Very good hotel - friendly staff and excellent standards of cleanliness. Modern decor and the pool and jacuzzi were great. Good access to the beach down some steps (about 150 haha) which were also a good daily workout to counteract the extra holiday calories! They also offer a daily special cocktail at 5.50 euros which was always excellent and such a good price! They have a notice up re not reserving sunbeds however during our stay the same faces reserved the same beds every day, even before the sun was at the pool. There are more than plenty to go around but I suppose there’s just no stopping some people😊 We have been to Puerto Rico before but have not actually stayed in it so it was great to explore and see what the area has to offer. Highly recommend Golden Beach down on the promenade for breakfast, lunch and cocktails!! El Toro in the centre was great for dinner. Lovely coastal walk to Amadores where you will get the best sunset views.

The location is convenient, near the center of Puerto Rico, and the staff are friendly.

It’s a nice place. And quiet, easy to get to the beach And to the shopping center. The sun terrace is an extra bonus as you are protected from the wind.

Very nice - but not sun from the morning

Overall very nice. The normal sunbed rally in the mornings. Some idiots resevate sunbeds and come in the afternoon.

Ett fräscht och modernt hotell med lugn atmosfär. Lätt att parkera, fina rum med full köksutrustning, sköna sängar och god fullt tillräcklig frukost. Vi har varit här nu 4 gånger och detta har blivit vårt favorithotell i Puerto Rico/GC.

Flott hotell med fin beliggenhet. Fine rom med gode senger og flott utsikt. Grei avstand til alt. Mange trapper ned til stranden kan by på en utfordring om man er dårlig til beins. Hyggelige ansatte og rent og pent. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Very modern, very clean. Tiny balcony which you can't smoke on. Nowhere did I read that smoking isn't permitted on your balcony which isn't good as you have to go to the very top floor or bottom pool to smoke. It should be personal choice!

We didn’t get the room we booked. At first they said at the reception “tomorrow”. The day after they said “Friday” which was a few days later. When I wanted a compensation, we had to stay at the room, we didn’t book. We got a measly €100 as compensation which in my eyes didn’t compensate our booked room, which was €100 each more expensive, the annoyance and the lesser privacy! No apology what so ever.

Absolutely fabulous hotel one drawback it's up a steep hill,but a lovely walk down to main area and cheap taxi back up

We have stayed here several times and is always excellent. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment this time as there were no studios. We prefer the studios as they are much bigger. But the apartments are modern, clean and bright. The shower pressure is excellent. Plenty of hot water. The WiFi is brilliant too. And it's lovely and peaceful. There are no negatives, which is why we have stayed several times.
