This property is absolutely stunning—an ideal romantic escape for couples looking to truly unplug. It’s peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, offering a serene atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. We spent two nights in the Hummingbird Suite, which was the highlight of our stay—charming, private, and perfectly designed. We also stayed two nights in the Penthouse, which had equally beautiful views with a luxury feel but much smaller. The views are truly breathtaking, the food was consistently delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There are so many lovely spots around the property to relax and unwind. We had a couples massage on the terrace that felt like absolute heaven, and kayaking was easily one of my favorite parts of the experience. Just a heads-up—this resort is very critter-friendly! So if bugs, flies, baby lizards, iguanas, or small crabs aren’t your thing, you might want to keep that in mind 😂 All in all, this was a 10/10 stay. We’ll absolutely be back!

This place was beautiful! I went solo as an African American female and I felt completely safe! The staff was amazing, calm, spoke both languages, patient, kind and helpful! It was a beautiful place to get away. Especially for a couple, or even to go love on yourself! I felt completely comfortable here. When I wanted to go interact with the outside, a car was called for me with no hassle. The front desk handled everything including my laundry, cleanliness of room and any other needs. I was all reactive and give them 5 stars. Hands down. The pictures and videos were exactly the same as shown and worth it!

My husband and I just stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday. We’ve been to many hotels throughout all of Mexico and this is hands down the most beautiful hotel ever. We stayed in the love nest room and it was perfect. The service was incredible, and food was great. Would love to go back very soon.

Very friendly and attentive Staff. Small secluded property within walking distance of Boca de Tomatlan where you can get anywhere by Bus or Water Taxi. The management takes extra pride in the garden are with thoughtful ornaments and waterfalls and enough space to roam around. Hammock through the privat beach and garden area. Kayaks and Paddleboards included. So are the dolphins that you may see in the bay while having breakfast at the terrace. Speaking of food. Freshly cooked to your order. And when we requested a fresh coconut we got one organized in no time. Thanks Villa LaLa team for making our stay amazing!

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and loved every minute of it. The concierge took care of our transportation to the hotel from the Airport, booked our fishing excursion, booked in-room massages, and pointed us in the right direction for our hike to Los Animas beach. We have nothing but good things to say about the food at the hotel, drinks, and the beautiful surroundings! If you’re looking for the perfect place to spend some quality one-on-one time with your significant other, look no further!
