Pésimo 400 pesos por prestarte la plancha cuando en la mayoría de los hoteles es gratis o está en el cuarto para el uso del huésped. Personal de recepción cero atento, de malas. Instalaciones viejas. No es un hotel al que volvería

It was very secure but overly so. I got the impression staff was there to police and watch you more than to serve and help you. It was clean and quiet and worth the price.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was decent if not a bit worn and dated. The pillows were terrible though. Very small and too soft to be supportive. There was also no elevator. I was a bit sick and climbing up the ramp/stairs was exhausting. It is in a good location close to the mall and consulate if that is important to you. As many other reviews have mentioned, it is a bit pricey for what you are getting.

Pésimo nivel de atención y poca disposición a ayudar ante una falla de Expedia según!!! Ya que a mí me llegó mi código de confirmación cobro y el hotel no tenía nada por parte de expidia y solo nos dijeron llame a expidia 2 horas después se comunicó expidia pero ya habíamos agarradonhotel

La habitacion tenia un olor muy fuerte a perfume y tuvimos que dejar abierta la puerta mucho tiempo para que se refrescara el ambiente. El abanico de la calefaccion tiene un balero con problemas y hace un ruido intenso que no nos permitio dormir en paz.
