The room and bedding was quite comfortable. Sufficient amenities for a short stay including toiletries. Room was clean. Shower could do with upgrade one bedside light flickered. The other room was upstairs and shower was apparently more modern. There is no designated parking. We had 2 rooms I car but could get no parking on our return from a function at about 9.30 on Saturday night. We booked an extra room for another family member and had some initial problems contacting staff during day although they did get back to us. My daughter left do not disturb on her room as she did not require cut done given we were staying two nights. On our return we found her room had been done. The location is ok

Bathrooms need a deep clean but other than that the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good.

Booked a room with 2 beds and got one then got charged $60 for a rollaway bed

I've stayed here a few times now. Check in has been easy, friendly reception staff. Shower hot and hard. The roms in the old house that face the highway are quite nice and spacious. Comfy bed. Well worth staying here.

Staying at Adelaide cottage was fantastic. It is a fantastic little Home. Very comfortable would highly recommend staying.

The hotel was quite nice and the room was good. The bed was comfortable and the motel was close to town. It stated it had a restaurant but it was only open a few nights per week but failed to state this on the booking site. The receptionist said breakfast was available but failed to mention it was “in room” only so of course we didn’t order any. Not very convenient considering there was an on-site restaurant. Would not stay here again.

Easy to find, we were there for 1 night, then left early

Property was clean and tidy. Dining was limited and some training of waitress recommended.

I booked a queen terrace room, the pictures were great, and exactly what i was looking for; 1 queen bed, private bathroom, onsite parking and a private outdoor area accessed by a glass sliding door; the terrace. The reality was, I got a ground floor room, definitely no terrace or private outdoor area, definitely no glass sliding door to anything. There was a single seat leather chair in the room that was So tattered it belonged at the tip I was told by reception that although there was not "allocated" parking, there was enough parking for all rooms. I returned from dinner and ended up having to park my hire car on the road. Didnt help that at least one "guest" was taking up TWO car spaces. So much for onsite parking. And there was 2 beds in the room, not the 1 queen bed as per the posted pictures. The only picture that was true to what was actually a part of the room was the private bathroom. And the pictures did NOT show the actual truth. The shower was tiny, with such an outdated shower head, then what was the point of the little card on the vanity asking guests to save water. I normally love the complimentary shampoo and conditioners provided, but there was no point to them with how watered down they were. However, as per my star rating, the room was clean.

This is a lovely place to stay with clean rooms and bathrooms.

Although the property was so clean and in a great location, the staff were friendly and welcoming when we saw them they beds and bedding in the room was quite uncomfortable especially the pillows.

We arrived after hours and was easy to reach the manager and get access to our room! It was close to food and morning coffee!

We stayed here with our two children for one night. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. We would certainly stay here again.

Unfortunately there was a dreadful smell the source of which could not be detected. First room so bad had to move for 2nd night; smell not so strong and quality of furnishings much better. Update is needed for contents in rooms (e.g. detached fridge seals, torn couches, fans & lights not working), to bring it back to its former glory. On the upside, Leo on Reception was as helpful as he could be.

Nice motel, would stay again

Clean and plain hotel. Nothing fancy. Very nice water pressure! It wasn’t clear that the restaurant was only open Mon-Thursday when I made the reservation. However its only a 10 minute walk to Peel street and good restaurants.

Simply, Quality Inn won’t be my option next time I visit Tamworth.

The location and rooms were great. Unfortunately, we had chosen this property because it had a pool (Tamworth in December is HOT!) but the pool was out of use and we were not advised of this until we arrived and saw the sign. No attempt was made to compensate for this, which was disappointing.
