Room size was great and clean. Was disappointed with the bed, kept rolling to the middle of the bed. Needs attention please. Receptionist was friendly and attended to our queries immediately. Thank you.

Nice place to stay, property is being upgraded, looking forward to seeing future developments. Too much communication leading up to actual booking, received four contacts one would have been enough.

Location to town center very good. Room was in good condition, lighting could be better at far end of room near tea / coffee area.

Friendly staff to welcome you. The room was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Lovely view of the bay and ease of access to walking path.

We arrived at the property after checkin and left before checkout time, so we really didn't have interaction with anyone while we were there, but the process of receiving the keys and returning them was flawless.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful beaches, friendly staff. close to the main st and restaurants. Only downfall was the restaurant and bar at the hotel isn't t open anymore. We will definitely go back.

Great location

The property is in an excellent location on the beach, close to shops/restaurants and the staff are lovely. The room was in very poor condition, items in the fridge were freezing rather than being chilled. The air conditioner was on a wall above a cupboard. I assume the top of the cupboard was nice and cool, the room was a sauna. No breeze until the morning of my last day so having the window open did nothing but let noise in until the cool change arrived. Very disappointing given other places were a similar price. Might be a better bet in autumn/spring but not in the heat of January.
