I generally don’t complain but there were a few little things that added up to make the whole experience below average. 1) Dishes had bits of tissue stuck to them like they had been dried with a paper towel or tissue. 2) The rubbish bin had crumbs and bits of food in it from previous occupants. Also no spare bin liners supplied and no bin liners in the bathroom bins. 3) Mould on blinds in kids room. 4) Dirt marks on the textured ceiling in the kids room. 5) Bedding thrown into the bottom of a wardrobe. 6) Minimal supplies to the point of being stingy. E.g. no spare toilet rolls. Instead we found the ends of used rolls in the cupboards. The coffee had one teaspoon of coffee in the jar and three sachets of coffee. A couple of table spoons of oil. If you are going to supply anything do it properly or don’t do it at all. It just makes the place feel cheap. 7) Get rid of any kitchen equipment that the owners picked up free. E.g. takeaway bowls, wine glasses from some food and wine festival. Replace things that ware starting to rust. The kitchen scissors, the toilet brushes, the clothes rack. 8) Lastly the unit has not been upgraded since it was built both inside and out. Body corporate fees are no doubt expensive so why is the deck around the pool looking like it hasn’t been touched since the 90’s. The spa pool covers are tacky pieces of plastic. Would not stay again and would not recommend. Great location and the ease of check in and check out was great.

Wonderful location and a good little apartment for what we paid. The outdoor spa (perfect temperature) was located outside our apartment and up external stairs; we still had our own sectioned-off space, just like the details. Indoor shower pressure was quite weak, but it was ok. Thank you!

We had some issues with check in and getting through to the owner was very hard (wrong phone number on the emails), so don’t be like me and make sure you’re 100% sure what room you’re in before you get there… The room was nice and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Can’t fault it really. We tried the rooftop spa Friday night and we couldn’t get the temperature control to work, so it was pretty cold. Tried again 10:30 the next day and it still wasn’t working - the owner came over quickly and tried to sort it out but he ended up giving us the key to another one. That would’ve been great except this one was set to 15 degrees so it took all day to warm up, we couldn’t use it until the next day (when we were checking out). He let us check out late which was nice, so we did get to sit in the spa for a bit in the morning before we had to go. It was disappointing to not be able to use the spa on either night we were there given it’s the main reason we booked the place. Location is great. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

We had a wonderful time. Great value. Room was clean and spacious. Spa area was enjoyable, however the spa itself wasn’t very hot and felt cold in cooler evenings. Great location. Great and easy communication with managers making easy check in and check out. Would stay again

this is one of the family's favorites. we look for this location every time we travel to this area.

The apartment is in a very centralized and convenient location. The decor is dated but it does have a view of the beach from the roof top as well as from the living room.

This is a great property, walking distance to both Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headlands beaches, very clean, and great communication by Jeremy and Carmen.

Property was in a great location , kids loved the pool , but people in other properties were smoking and it was going through the whole apartment.

Great location as a base to see the Sunny Coast and fair price for the property. Jeremy was excellent in his communication. Would stay again.

Great spot! Very close to Mooloolaba Esplanade - could walk to get meals, shop and close to the beach. Unit was neat and tidy.

Room beds are extremely uncomfortable and outdated furniture, the spa was dirty and smelt bad

These providers were very tight with supplies - had to request pool/beach towels (said arent generally supplied), had to request second key and rooftop spa kept power kept being shut off before able to use it

Highly recommended, our stay was smooth from the moment we arrived. Communication was outstanding and nothing was a hassle. Roof top spa and pool was amazing and extremely well maintained. Sunset views on the roof top were picture perfect. Will definitely stay again.

The rooftop spa/bbq area was a great addition,albiet a little dated. The room was clean and had plenty of appliances and kitchenware which made it relaxing. Private/quiet and good secure parking. Main pool and spa where great and even had a spa bath in the main bedroom. Clean and very comfy beds. Convenient area to the beach and dining. Balcony was a nice spot for a cold beer in the arvo.

We arrived in very hot weather and were so grateful for the air conditioning, pool, and amazing rooftop spa. The complex has beautifully kept gardens, and the service was excellent. .

Nice and quiet location all in all a great place. My only issue it’s 2024 every room should have its own wifi

I've never wrote a bad review before but this was a terrible experience. Booked a 1 bedroom superior apartment with a rooftop spa in advance. On arrival, I was assigned a completely different room with no rooftop access. No communication about this from management. Note, the only reason I chose this hotel was for the private spa and rooftop BBQ area. They answered my phone call straight away when enquiring about key access (there's no reception) and again about parking (parking allocation was incorrect). Then failed to answer after entering the room to discover it wasn't the room I booked. Followed up with an email to give them a chance to rectify the issue. No response. Poor management not taking responsibility. When booking accomodation, I expect it to be what it says it is. Never had this problem until now. Disappointing stay.
