Property was very clean on arrival but later discovered no hot water available and office unattended & phone unanswered so unable to report it.

The room was nice and clean but the air freshener they use was way to strong.

No pool as in pictures, was a bit dirty and mouldy, water in jug was frozen, no proper car park per your room, noisy neighbours morning and night

Great location but unfortunately the motel is terribly run down and in desperate need of renovation. My room was extremely musty smelling, and the carpet was old and smelly - you will want to keep your shoes on while in the room. The bathroom was tiny and unkempt. The air conditioner did not work. The rooms are not a place you want to spend any time in. It's a real shame this once iconic motel in such a dire state. Staff were pleasent to deal with.

Very happy value for the money

Modest and comfortable motel in the heart of Eden. Directly on Main Street so a short walk to cafes, antique stores and bars. Also, just a short (200m) stroll to the main beach which was amazing. Saw a large pod of dolphins swimming 50m from our family which was amazing!

Broken front door handle not fixed when brought to attention. Fire safety issue.

Basic but functional room. Helpfull staff. Good location.

Shower in room 13 sprayed water out of the adjustable fittings all over the bathroom.

The property was clean and tidy staff was really good,just found the mattress was very had and the pillows but other then that it was walking distance to everything.

Proximity to shops and hotels.

Friendly welcome, everything you needed in the room which was very clean. Comfortable bed. GreatTV. Would stay again.

We booked and paid for one night through wotif.com at $155 a night but as we were going to be in Eden earlier than expected we rang to book another night and we were charged $265 for the extra night. I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the motel as it was very rundown and did not seem to have had any maintenance done in a very long time. The bathroom had mould and the room smelt old and dirty. I feel that for over $400 for the 2 nights we were taken advantage of. Would not recommend this motel to anyone else.

The rooms desperately need updating cupboards broken I thought i was going to go through the shower floor there was long hair in the bathroom and we have short hair so wasn't us probably wouldn't stay at the property again.

Close to township

This 'hotel' is very run down and shabby. Poorly maintained, false advertising about the pool and facilities. The pictures on numerous websites are very old and not up to date. The BBQ area is filthy.

The bathroom is not clean enough and the door of bathroom is broken.

Location and swrvice was great. Rooms were VERY tired and old. Carpet was filthy and had lolly wrappers on the floor. Would NOT recommend.
