I won’t be going back happy to spend extra for more help and courtesy

We booked standard double room 5 months ahead thinking we would be in the motel NOT We were put in a 1 star room upstairs in the old hotel. I should have checked beforehand. Silly me Not recommended please check what room they allocate if you book with them

Not the room pictured on the website. I was required to pay extra for the motel room. Room and bathroom were clean but quite rundown. In need of repainting and repairs to cracks in the wall. Bedding and towels very fresh and clean.

Clean room, bit dated, (upstairs)friendly efficient staff.

Air con not working …. Horrible night stay

We were in room12 upstairs and it was extremely dated, kettle didn’t work, cobwebs, worn carpet, creaky bed, just absolutely terrible room, will never stay upstairs again.

Didn’t stay as room was up 2 flights of stairs & wouldn’t put us downstairs without paying extra It’s an old pub & rooms above the pub.

We stayed in the old part of the hotel. Good value for the price.

The room did not look like it did online it was old and smelt moldy. I could not find a reception area i had to walk around through the dinning area asking people where the manager was to get my key. I found the staff member in the bar serving alcohol to customers. I would not rebook there again

The room needed a lot done to it , the carpets were disgusting with holes in them. The freezer of the fridge was so heavy in ice . The room was so hot the air conditioning hardly worked . We went down to have some breakfast that was advertised from 7 Am Till 10 am , what a joke we was informed no breakfast will be done you will have to go elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend staying here . Very disappointed. fridge was full of ice. It was disgraceful. The room was so hot when we entered the air-conditioner barely made a difference and then they advertise breakfast and when we went down gentlemen said no we don’t have breakfast here.

Room is so out dated its from the 70s. Carpet worn, airconditiong way outdated, cobwebs everywhere etc etc. Would not recommend staying there. The staff were very friendly but thats about it im afraid.

Air conditioner worked, space was unusual, cheap and nasty. The bed was clean and comfortable that was the only reason we stayed.

Location was great, the noise coming from the pipes made it hard to fall asleep.

The room was not up to standard. Smelly carpet and dilapidated furniture.

Room was good,but the bed was not,one side of it was all sunken in,my husband could not sleep in it,needs to be replaced.

The bathroom was dirty and full of spider webs . The carpets were ripped and old.

Older rooms but clean and convenient in middle of town

I was on the top floor & the room was very small compared to the ones downstairs. Toilet didn't flush very well. Bell chimes woke me up every morning at 7am, so wasn't able to get a sleepin. thee was no microwave so I asked management if there was a spare one lying around & he said that he could arrange for one for me. that didn't happened. Very disappointed with the place & won't be staying there again.

Comfortable and clern

No AC, only a small heater fan Room is spacious anw
