No wifi available, which was very disappointing. The gas heater turned off regularly (every 15 mins or so) and had to turned on again so the room was not continually cosy and warm. There was a reverse cycle air conditioner but that was not sufficient to heat the room for Winter temperatures. There was very little reception for the TV so not all channels were available. The room itself was nice and big and set out well but definitely needed some maintenance, particularly to the front door and toilet flushing button.

The heating was very effective. The National Park was very easy to reach.

Great place to stay overnight. Room was clean bright, nice view from the window. Big Bath with bubbles for two. It was amazing night for tired mum who escaped from the Home and city to spend some quiet me time Fire 🔥 place based on gas was additional bonus. So even during the cold night the room was warm enough. Highly recommend this place. Definitely will be back one day.

The show head was terrible and the shower leaked. There was a tiny little heater to try and keep the room warm. The amenities felt pretty dated.

Quite a nice room but a little dated for the cost. The TV was awful. I had to hot spot to my phone and then it was terribly slow or just decided to turn off. Overall ok

Day spa oli remontissa vierailumme aikana joten en voi kertoa siitä mitään mutta paikka oli muuten oikein toimiva tarkoitukseen. Sijainnin puolesta auto on lähes välttämätön lähimpien palveluiden sijaitessa joko 3km päässä macedonissa tai 6km päässä Woodendissä

Great room and views

We could not fault anything ,It was all perfect and we will be back for another stay soon thank you for makeing it extra special for us both 🙏❤️

Firstly, the two ladies in reception were lovely. That's the only good part. We paid $860 for two nights accommodation. There was no food included in this price, not even a continental breakfast. The venue is over 20 years old and it shows. It is run down. The pool and hot tub were putrid and stained. We went on a hot weekend and couldn't use these facilities. The day spa was closed for renovations and operated out of one of the rooms. The restaurant is closed. There are signs saying the plumbing is getting fixed and there is no heating (luckily we did not need it, a small portable heater was put in the room.). There is no internet or wifi connections. Remembering we paid over $400 a night for this. We were so appalled we cancelled our second night which resulted in ruining our long weekend. An email to management thanked us for our feedback and stated they would let the owners know. Extremely disappointing.
