Beaches on Wave, was safe, comfortable, clean with on site secure and easy parking. The Manager and staff were great and the property suited our needs. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay on the Gold Coast.

The room we had was perfect for our situation. We did get small ants every night when we returned home which was very annoying. No elevator so stairs could be an issue for some people, but we were fine.

Enjoyed our stay very much.

This place was ok for an overnight stay, the room was in need of a deep clean, however all the linen was clean and the bed comfortable enough.

Person on reception was not engaged, the reception area was cluttered and dirty, the toiletries in the room were empty, the bed could not be slept in, I had to sleep on the couch. Only positive was that it is close to the beach.

Great place to stay for the weekend.

Super friendly staff, quite area, yet close to good dining options. Good gourmet food and wine shops, plenty of coffee options close walk away. Plus a great beach within minutes of walking.

The service and communication from Felix was fantastic. Our room was dated which was fine but it was also dirty. There were marks on the floor which showed it hadn't been mopped. The shower was all mouldy. The bathroom cupboard and kitchen drawers had dirt in them. I didn’t want to touch anything or use anything from the kitchen. There was a horrible stink so we had to leave early the next morning which was really frustrating as were were supposed to be there 2 days. It was not relaxing. The exterior, pool and location were fantastic. It was an easy walk to Miami Marketa for dinner. Beware of the road works too as they were working late into the night close by.

We checked in late so check in instructions were clear. Beach was only a minute walking distance. Nice big hot tub. Good sized family rooms.

Functional self contained apartment. Bed comfortable, clean. Wifi good signal. Staff pleasant. Pool uninviting. Stayed 3 nights. Pleasant stay.

I was able to check in early as I had flown into Brisbane on the red eye from Perth. At first glance the property was nice. However, a few things came to light as time went on. Fan in bedroom seemed to only have two speeds, very slow or fast enough to blow things around the room. No exhaust fan in bathroom so very steamy. No dish washing liquid, dish cloth, extra tea towel or extra bin bags. Office only open from 2pm so had to wait till then to get supplies! No curtain on one of the windows so neighbours had full view at night time. Sofa bed was stuck so daughter had to sleep on cushions on the floor one night. Found a massive cockroach scuttling around after that. Manager did come and put baits down. There is no lift so hefting suitcase up 3 flights of stairs was very difficult. Then at 8pm every night road works started up! I realise this was no fault of the accommodation but a heads up would’ve been nice. Luckily I had ear plugs! My sleep app picked up men yelling, large machinery noise, trucks reversing etc! Plus at the time there was a detour passed the place which created heavy traffic. All in all it wasn’t a pleasant stay. Location was the only thing going for it. 3 streets from beach.

Great location, staff were very accommodating, great coffee shop next door, east stroll to beach.

Great Communication, great area, Get up, Get dressed, head out and explore, or Put ya bathers on and head down to the pool/spa, loved it, Nobbys Surf club end of street, beach great, awesome walk to Surfers along the beach, Yorkie is a great place for a meal, so many options, needs double glazed back bedroom. 😍

Great place to spend some time wholesaling the Gold Coast. Near to all and the beach is very nice.

Lovely slightly traditional style. Nice little balcony. Nice size for two of us. Just found the carpets a bit grubby- need a new vacuum cleaner I think.
