Great stay for 1 night

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Petit déjeuner plutôt simple mais suffisant. Personnel de nuit agréable

The stay was nice and the room although small was comfortable and nicely decorated. The TV wasn't working properly and the internet was down the first night. Staff was not particularly helpful and was more interested in asking me to write a five-star review.

I booked at the last minute to join some friends who were staying in a different riad which was unfortunately fully booked for the dates I wanted. I requested an airport transfer but the driver didn’t show up so I had to sort something else out. I had managed to get the last available room which was a “superior” suite but I’m not sure what the difference is between that and a standard room. My room was very noisy with background noise from the main square plus people talking in the street outside my room as well as motorbikes starting up and leaving engines running for several minutes in the early hours. This, combined with a very uncomfortable bed (too hard for me even though I like a firm mattress) and a very cold room (an electric heater was provided but it wasn’t very effective), made sleeping very difficult! The good points - the riad was clean, the staff were very friendly and kind, breakfast was good, location (apart from the noise) was excellent. However overall, I don’t think the riad offered good value for money even if I allow an increase for being there over the New Year.

Travaux de ravalement en cours, ça serait bien d’informer le client avant, chambres très mal insonorisés, on est pas forcément à l’aise. Il faut penser à trouver une solution pour rentrer et sortir, c’est pas forcément pratique de taper à la porte à chaque fois.

The location is close to everything, the personal have a high service and are ready to make anything to make you feel safe and home. I Will defently book this place again.

Personnel aussi accueillant que souriant et professionnel. Ils sont aux petits soins et à l'écoute.

Riad dont la situation est idéale 2 minutes de la place , très calme et sur . Nous vous recommandons ce Riad .

The place was beautiful, bed very comfy!! The breakfast was big and delicious, and the riad was right in the middle of everything so very easy to get around. The only issue was that we had to move rooms twice- not sure if it was a miscommunication as my French isn’t great, but other than that, it was perfect.

Mohamed and zineb did great work on keeping the price clean and safe.

The hotel itself was great no issues, think its family run so there is always someone at reception. You get a nice Moroccan breakfast every morning. It is a little bit hidden so your better off asking the taxi/driver to get you to Jemaa el-Fnaa market and walk from there. It might seem a bit back alley to get there first time round.T here is air con and a heater. You can buy bottled water from them but there is a little shop seconds round the corner. The hotel has an excursions book, prices are in local currency and cash.

Petite semaine à Marrakech. L'hébergement est idéalement situé en plein centre, confortable et joliment décoré. Le couscous est divin ;-)

Ce Riad est de très bonne qualité. Il est idéalement placé à 20m de la place Jemaa el Fna sans pour autant être dérangé par le bruit des activités sur la place. Le personnel est très agréable et à votre disposition si besoin. Je conseille vivement cet établissement.

From start to finish our time at Riad Le Rubis has been impeccable, filled with love, care and first class service. Zainab, Mohammed and Zakiyah looked after us and all went above and beyond during our stay. Zainab and Mohammed are both, very friendly and caring, they are at the heart of Riad Le Rubis, they will go out of there way for you, making sure you are happy and comfortable. The Riad is cosy and in a great location in the heart of Medina where the souks, markets, and the city centre all close by within reach. Everything was wonderful including breakfast and the room itself. Thank you so much to all at Riad Le Rubis for making our stay wonderful, especially Zainab and Mohammed. Uniek was de vriendelijkheid en de warmte van de mensen van het hotel. Echt hele lieve mensen. Heel huiselijk. Ontbijt bestond niet uit een groot assortiment, maar wat er werd geserveerd was lekker en vers. De kamers waren niet echt groot, maar heel huiselijk en van alles voorzien. Hotel goed gelegen. 2 minuten lopen van Medina plein. De trip is voor herhaling vatbaar. Mocht ik weer terugkeren dan zou ik sowieso weer naar Riad Le Rubis gaan. Een echte aanrader!!
