I really loved my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and modern. Check-in was a breeze. It was just overall a very comfortable stay for me. I would for sure stay here again if I return to the city!

The location of this property is terrific. It is right in the middle of everything. We could either walk 15 minutes to where we wanted to go, or take an Uber 15 minutes for the few things that were farther away. The staff was helpful and gracious. I was surprised there was no maid service, but since we keep our towels for environmental purposes, that just meant that no one made the beds. I do like coming back from being out to a really crisp made bed, though. I was surprised the popcorn in the lounge was $5 Candadian, seemed like that would have been a nice freeby since it is so cheap to make. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.

Beautiful hotel but location is slightly sketchy and you hear nothing but police and fire sirens at night. Nothing to do with the hotel just simply the location in Winnipeg. (This hotel is near the police station which is nice but also annoying due to constant noise).

Perfectly fine place with a good central location next to the Exchange. I had a great time, zero hassle.

My husband and I stayed there for two nights for our one year anniversary, it’s a really nice modern hotel and we enjoyed our stay! It was clean, comfortable and had a nice view of the city with a big window. Only downside was they don’t serve breakfast, but other than that we had a great stay!

Went for a concert. Chose this hotel as it was close to venue so very convenient. Disappointed that there wasn’t much around for regular restaurants. The hotel did have some food in lobby so had a sandwich before concert. Room was nice but very small for the rate paid. Not a room to share with a friend. Very modern. Comfy bed but very noisy area as right downtown. Security was good. Needed card to even get into hotel. Probably would only stay there if attending something at downtown venue. Parking was extra $22 otherwise you parked outside. Just super expensive. But nice hotel overall, just a little out of my price range.

I did not like that when we checked into our hotel room, it had someone else's bags and luggage in it - you could clearly tell someone was already checked into the hotel room. Thankfully, they didn't see us walk into their room, but it wasn't very comfortable. We had skip the dishes ordered to the hotel lobby, and somehow the food the front desk handed to us was the completely wrong order!

Clean, good location. Friendly staff. Would have enjoyed a complimentary breakfast; but, at least there was TH in lobby area

Perfect stay for downtown Winnipeg

Enjoyed the location to the Canada Life Center and local restaurants!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Willing to do whatever to make our stay enjoyable. We only had two small issues with our stay first one being the ac in the room we couldn’t get it to that ideal temperature I like to sleep but I’m sure I could have figured that out on my own with more effort. Second issue was just the noise from the area around the hotel but again that is almost expected staying downtown in any city.

Had a sink leak and the fix was bring towels to catch water Had a charge on my bill for drinks I didn’t get as well Everything is over priced including coffee in lobby

We arrived late, had to wait very long for the check in due to high demand. Staff friendly though. The area seemed a bit too noisy, lots of huge constructions so we couldn’t even walk certain large streets.
