I understand this is West Yellowstone in the summer, but the price of this room was ridiculous!

I was looking forward to the pool and jacuzzi but they were not working at the time we stayed. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean which we enjoyed. Will definitely stay at a Best Western again!

The property was decent, clean. Nice pool and hot tub, but the price gouging soured the experience.

It makes you wonder what they are doing with all the Money they charge for a room, I get it they are next to the park but the amount per room is insane with the condition of the hotel. It’s loud like the pipes in the bathroom were so loud. The rooms are basically paper thin you can hear the other rooms tv along with the noise from everything else. There was hair on the bathroom wall and the shower curtain didn’t cover the entire area so water was everywhere. The walls all have dents and holes in them. The beds squeak anytime someone moves. All in all we stay here for the convenience of getting to the park early, and the staff they are some of the best customer service in west Yellowstone. The main guy who does the breakfast needs a raise he is so helpful, with out asking for help. The breakfast is great there’s something for everyone. I loved our stay but it needs some renovations and some maintenance.

Old hotel that is outdated. Bathroom very small and toilet is way too low. Bad smell in hallway and side exit door area. Room was clean and quiet.
