⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Una estancia muy agradable y un servicio excelente. En general, nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. El hotel está muy bien cuidado, las habitaciones son cómodas, el personal fue amable y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Hay, sin embargo, un detalle que creo importante mencionar para quienes vayan a reservar. Las habitaciones con vista a la piscina tienen muy poca privacidad. Si abres las cortinas, las personas que están en la piscina o en las habitaciones de enfrente pueden verte fácilmente, y tú también ves directamente a los demás. Personalmente, es un aspecto que no me gustó, ya que nos gusta tener un poco más de intimidad cuando estamos descansando en la habitación. Afortunadamente, comentamos la situación con el personal del hotel y muy amablemente nos cambiaron de habitación, lo que mejoró muchísimo nuestra experiencia. Queremos agradecerles su atención y la rapidez con la que solucionaron el inconveniente. Así que mi recomendación es sencilla: si valoras la privacidad, solicita una habitación que no tenga acceso o vista directa a la piscina. Por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bien y sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. ¡Gracias por la excelente atención!

Nice staff and great hotel go rather location

We had a room with a terrace and pool access. You could walk out onto the terrace joined to the room and from there walk out to the pool without having to go through the hotel. This is great, except the pool door did not lock on our terrace and the QR to the room did not work. So someone could literally have walked right into our room at any time from the pool. This is unsafe. We placed chairs in front of the door on the terrace so we could hear scraping if the door was attempted to be open. The terrace also has pool chairs right outside so people at the pool are next to you with no privacy The hotel is no where near Barcelona. The bus stop is right outside the hotel but the cost is about 5€ each way pp. Have cash or get bus tickets before leaving Barcelona. It takes about 30-40 mins each way. An uber or bolt will cost in the realm of 40-65$ one way. Definitely take the bus if you can. Food is also a little far but you can Uber Eats The QR code to enter your room is a great idea in theory but did not always work as the internet was a little shaky at times The view from the pool is nice and the pool itself is a great amenity. The recliners are dirty. Some hotel guests also leave trash etc which can happen anywhere but the staff seemed in short supply out there as there was always some sort of litter around. Ants and moths in room The breakfast was 15€ per person for bread and fruit. Not worth it. You can get a full meal in the city for the same price.

If you want a more lively place, it’s not the best place to stay especially as a solo traveller. Bus network not really good and it’s quite a distance from Barcelona main city . Rooftop pool not well maintained.

Lovely Hotel

Free parking, dining options. They have 2 restaurants. Good location. Overall great experience

It’s quite remote, SPA is 200 meter away in another building for extra 12,5 €, also you can’t use a tiny swimming pool in the SPA and you have to have a swim cap. No options for expedia vip - I had to go down with my room category without any compensation. It was at 9pm at night and I didn’t want to have an argument. Be careful when booking a room with a garden - it’s a cell without windows!!! The one suggested to us had cigarette smoke. There’s no kettle and tea in the room. There was no sound proof - they start cleaning at 7 am and you will hear everything. The swimming pool at the hotel is tiny. We liked car park, cleannesses.
