Très bon petit-déjeuner et la clim fonctionne parfaitement !

Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es keine Bar, nur einen Getränkeautomaten mit überhöhten Preisen. Zugang zum Zimmer umständlich mit 9stelligem Code. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Das ehemalige Ibis-Hotel bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung.

The hotel rooms smelled awful and were not cleaned well. The room was poorly maintained. Breakfast was terrible with no service, no plates, nothing. Avoid.

Rooms were very functional and beds comfortable. Lots of variety for breakfast. The location is quite central, walking distance from station and to cathedral and shopping areas.

Séjour très décevant. Dès le check-in, j’ai dû attendre près de 40 minutes pour obtenir ma chambre. Une longue file d’attente était présente et une seule employée distribuait les cartes d’accès, alors que plusieurs autres salariés étaient sur place sans apporter d’aide. Concernant la chambre, l’état général était inacceptable : ménage insuffisant, savon de douche et de lavabo vides, porte-serviettes en fin de vie, coulures sur les murs, WC sales à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, traces de sang sur le bureau et sèche-cheveux également sale. Les taies d’oreiller n’inspiraient pas davantage confiance. J’ai pris plusieurs photos pour appuyer ces constatations. La climatisation était inefficace malgré les fortes chaleurs, rendant la chambre particulièrement inconfortable. J’avais également réservé le petit-déjeuner, mais les produits proposés étaient de qualité médiocre et ne justifient absolument pas le tarif de 13 €. Enfin, la terrasse extérieure n’était tout simplement pas mise en place : tables sales et absence de chaises, ce qui est bien dommage pour un espace censé être accessible aux clients. Avec un tel passage de clients, je m’attendais à un niveau de service bien supérieur. Pour les personnes sensibles à la propreté, je recommande clairement d’éviter cet établissement. Pour ma part, je n’y retournerai pas. Une expérience globalement très décevante. Beurk !

Apparently undergoing a change of ownership, according to some fellow guests. Clean, not too far from cathedral, lovely garden next to river; some confusion on check-in led to us being given a wrong room, not that that was a trouble, and breakfast fine but understaffed.

Good, simple hotel on the edge of the historic portion of Chartres. 10 Mins walk takes you to the Catherdral Quiet hotel, under cover carpark (we booked in advance with Onepark). One issue was with the shower where the temperature varied throughout a shower, but not a major gripe.

Avoid at all costs. Very confused with the 8.2 rating on Hotels.com, please take the negative reviews seriously. From the moment we walked in we thought something wasn’t quite right as there was no one on reception to open the parking gate for us. Eventually a woman appeared at the front desk but seemed preoccupied with talking to her children/family. Not appropriate to have one’s family going behind the reception desk or hanging out at the work place. Our first room in the upper floor had a tiny window with a broken blind, leaving the room in complete darkness with a strong smell of mold. We told reception and they immediately started sorting out another room, didn’t offer an apology or seemed surprised with the issue. New room had an empty hand soap bottle and broken furniture with a piece of wood hanging. Again we told reception but got no reaction or apology. No hand towel in either room Our family also stayed in different rooms with similar issues such as missing door knobs, no hand towel, broken AC, toilet not flushing, low pressure shower and water changing temperature from lukewarm to boiling hot, bedside lights not working and smelly rooms. Exterior/river area dirty with rubbish and rat traps. Taken individually, some of these could be dismissed as insignificant but taken together, they paint a picture that the rooms are not maintained to the standard of a 3-star hotel. We are grateful we stayed one night only and never again at B&B.

Accueil très sympathique, chambre propre et fonctionnelle, calme. Petite promenade dans le square jouxtant l’hôtel 👍

Hôtel a rénover en général. Au niveau de la sdb (pommeau de douche avec peu de debit) des toilettes (boutons a pressoir peu efficaces pour tirer la chasse d'eau), de l entrée des chambres sont encore avec codes (la plupart des hôtels ont une carte d'accés bien plus pratique !!). La literie est correcte, en revanche sol froid en carrelage de la moquette serait préférable et de la décoration plus moderne ne serait pas un luxe. Au niveau petit déjeuner correct sans plus. Il manque des fruits et des coupelles pour se servir la confiture. Emplacement pas trés loin du centre de Chartres et de la gare. Nous avons été decus de ce séjour de 2 jours, tous ces points ont été signales a la réception de l hôtel a notre départ. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel a notre réseau.

Accueil agréable malgré l'heure tardive. Petit probleme de coffre qui faisait du bruit dans la chambre, j'ai été délogée immédiatement, très bien géré.
