La chambre était en bon etat, mais le point negatif est que le personnel ne parle que l'anglais alors d'autre clients qui ne comprennent pas l'anglais. Il serait moeux de mettre des interpretes.

Prima plek op zeer korte loopafstand van de terminal. Met parkeergarage erbij. Goed geregeld.

Pretty clean room, although easy to hear people in the next door room. No shower curtain or glass to stop water getting all over the bathroom, which was strange. Great location next to the airport though and staff were pleasant.

Vriendelijk personeel,mooie ruime kamer.

Got an upgrade which was great, but I think room could have been cleaner. Great selection at breakfast! Good service, lovely hotel. Not much in walking distance of the hotel though (apart from a bus stop which is helpful).

Prima kamer, jammer dat housekeeping niet op de hoogte was van onze late check out….

Property was great. We had forgotten our passports and wallet in the safe. When we went back, safe was opened and everything was missing. Spent the day filing police report, then to embassy for replacement.

Zimmer war extrem dreckig. Von der Wand die Schmierflecken hatte bis hin zur Bett Lampe die komplett befleckt und verdreckt war. Bett Wäsche war an einzelnen Stellen auch verdreck mit Flecken. Boden hatte auch unheimlich viel Schmutz und Dreck drauf. Zimmer war für 4 Leute gebucht aber es gab nur 2 Handtücher. Frühstück war gut war alles da was man braucht.

I was given a handicapped room with no shower curtain. I had to gobto reception 3 times to get another room. Then they gave me a luxury room but there is nothing luxury about it. Not even a fridge. Noisy AC. No welcome drinks. Heating does not heat room well. Lighting is insufficient. Quiet and clean hotel. Breakfast is sufficient but not tasty. Restaurant food is not good. It is an ok stay

Lobby area and main floor are nice and clean. Staff at check in were kind and helpful. However, when you get out of the elevator on the 4-6 floor, you quickly realize where this hotel fails. Everything is grungy, mostly the carpet. Rooms are a good size and quiet being at the airport. The beds are basically foam toppers on a fabric box springs. Was the most convenient stay to fly out at 7am. Otherwise, would definitely find something else.
