Very nice room with a view of the river. Excellent breakfast an evening meal. Direct train from Shepperton to Waterloo.

Continental breakfast was excellent and good value at £9.Parking was available but could be difficult at busy times. Our room was spacious and well-presented and opened out on to a terrace immediately overlooking the Thames.

Really nice place with convenient parking. Only issue which wasn't much was the floor was creeky and loud, the shower pressure could have been a little better but was still a nice place to stay.

The area is very quite and plenty of parking, good large clean rooms

Stayed at Walton Lodge as a stop-off to visit Hampton Court Palace. Fabulous location - we were blessed with the hottest day of the year so far (April’26) which allowed us to sit out and appreciate the river views in the evening. Rooms were clean ours was a bit hot but a fan was included. Chatted to a fellow resident and agree that the place needs some TLC however would stay again if visiting this part of London Town.

Breakfast was ok, though not the biggest portions. Generally dated throughout and odd things like no plugs next to bedside tables.

I’ve stayed four times now. The rooms are fine, many with lovely river views. But two out of four times there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. That really needs to be fixed I’m afraid.

Good but needs updating, staff friendly. A small bar with good selection. Shower very poor in my room. Needs refurb. Would stay again very convenient location.

Good value for what you get but rooms a little noisy . We had room 26 of the out building and the walls were pretty thin and was kept up a bit by noisy neighbours

Room ok but very warm. Only way to regulate the heat was open the window. Not great when above outside bar area

The staff could not have been more friendly and polite nor more helpful. Top end, worthy of iconic hotels.

Bar worked for me!! Bar staff and reception team excellent!! Managed to get on site parking quite easily. Room was very clean.

This is such a beautiful hotel. Great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant area, and the staff are really lovely.

Lovely location out of the way of the nearby town. Quiet. Room was cosy, clean and had everything you needed. Bed was very comfy. Fresh supply of quality tea, milk, biscuits, etc., each day. Parking right outside the hotel was very convenient.

Noisy building work and builders with radio on loud outside room from 7.30 am. Nothing said about same at check in. Room tired and furniture damaged. Windows couldn't be opened and bathroom quarter light had to be wedged open with a toilet roll. Towel rail hanging off wall and grouting dirty.

Reception staff very helpful, Alan in particular was very friendly and created a good impression

Stayed in room 30, we had a lovely view of the Thames. Nice big room. Excellent value for money. Shepperton is really jice.

The room was lovely and warm. Really quiet so nice to come back to after a NYE party!
