The property doesn't supply basic amenities like shampoo. The bathroom was full of black and red mould. When asked if they had any bleach they offered a bottle of mould killer. Firstly I have to pay for the room then I had to clean the shower etc myself. 35 Years staying in hotels around the world I have never seen a hotel without shampoo. The staff were less than useless. They were happy for me to clear the bathroom rather than assist. They really need to lift their game. I dont think the owners of the apartments would appriciate this type of neglect.

I wouldn’t call it an ocean view from the 3rd floor. Probably needs to be 5 and above! Batteries flat in one a/c remote. Basic, clean and tidy. Overall average I would say

Perfect location, clear view of ocean, indoor and outdoor swimming pool (heated) as well as outdoor spa. Roomy apartment full of amenities including kids beach toys and tow boards.

It's a nice location and they've attempted to renovate but there are very visible defects. Missing tiles in kitchen and bathroom kicks, main shower head had no pressure/limited flow, second bedroom had a mirrored wardobe door that was not on the runner. Humps in the floor where there was a transition between tile and carpet, could have been solved with small ramps to even it out, as a result many near falls were had. Not even a towel rail in the ensuite. It also wasn’t cleaned very well either. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, old towels or mats under the bed. We arrived on a Saturday with no one in reception and no details on the booking with a check in procedure. If the renovations had a little more effort put into them and if it had of been cleaned properly then i would return but given price paid and the apartments condition i wont be returning.

Nice apartment with great beach access and nice pool facilities. Close enough to Broadbeach to access all the restaurants and nightlife. Property isn’t the newest but was clean and comfortable.

Property was well maintained

I think you should be provided with more than half a roll of tiolet paper, when you are staying for 5 nights 6 days.

Location was amazing, right on the beach. But I’m afraid that’s the only good thing I could say about our stay. The photos on the website lead us to believe we would be in a lovely luxurious apartment, but the one we were given was in really bad shape. Cracks in the walls, paint peeling on the walls, dirty black marks on the bedding (and hair in the bed which makes us think they don’t change the bedding?), and the apartment was not very clean - to the point where we think the brown marks on the toilet roll holder might be human faeces?? We booked last minute for the fireworks and were worried we wouldn’t find other accommodation so we stayed the night but would not recommend this apartment at all.

I didn't give excellent to everything because the doona covers in the 2nd bedroom were dirty. The floor in the lounge area hadn't been vacuumed sufficiently.

Nice location just outside main Broadbeach (a 5 minute walk). Check-in was quick and easy.

The property is great . Amazing ocean view from the balcony . Good cleaning . Patrick was a superstar. Very helpful and supportive . Thanks for helping me for an early check in. I will definitely come back .

The apartment was ok but very dusty

The property was nice, and the people helpful but we had some issue I would mention. Reception was not open as published, it was holiday time, but no modification was published. We made our reservation more that 6 months in advance but still ended up on the third floor, which had a poor/obstructed view of the water. Wouldn't pay for a view if you are below the 4th floor (not worth it). Our living room AC unit leaked the entire time and a bucket was the only solution, but the floor still got wet. A call to reception resulted in a "sorry, you just have to live with it" response. Unit was surface clean but when you look close you can see missed areas - vents, windows, cracks, corners. Looks like updates have been done and surface inspection is positive, but felt a bit dated at same time. Hot tub/spa was warm, not hot. We were expecting a 5 star experience and felt more like 3. To be clear I would recommend this property if you can get above 4th floor and go in with an expectation that there will be issues, just would not rate a 5. I would give a 3 at best.

This property has only 4 units per floor, which is a plus. All units have a water view. The apartment was a good size and had a usable layout. Loads of kitchen bench space. Laundry room. The outdoor heated pool and spa most enjoyable. The grounds are very well kept. The underground parking is a bit squeezy. Information about late check-in when reception is closed, needs to be improved. It was very confusing when we arrived to find the glass door to the property closed and nobody answering the phone number displayed on the property size.
