La habitación individual correcta y limpia (imagino que ya pensando en renovación) El personal super atento intentando adaptarse a cualquier petición, por el precio y en San Sebastián, no se puede pedir más.

As we were driving we picked this hotel as it was near the motorway for our next journey. It was a 20 minute walk into town which was ideal for us. Also on a bus route which ran every 5 minutes. Also had underground parking which we needed as we could leave baggage in car.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un hôtel magnifique ! L'établissement est décoré avec goût. Les matériaux utilisés sont de très bonne qualité. Ce qui donne une ambiance à la fois élégante et chaleureuse. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Petit déjeuner un vrai régal. Mention spéciale au personnel de l'accueil et de l'entretien. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Céline et Bertrand

Good basic hotel with a great location for football. Pleasant, simple walk in to town and the beach.

Habitación de espacio estandar, limpia y camas cómodas. Aparcamiento a 5€ el día en la calle, bien. Está a 40 minutos andando del centro o en bus 20 minutos. El desayuno, algo justo de oferta.

The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom needed a facelift. The flush was half broken. The room was very hot and the AC didn’t work. We opened the window but the street was very loud with drunk men who woke us up with their screams.

Very friendly and helpful lady on reception and had a map and guided me to where I wanted to go.

Hotel was in a very convenient location. Breakfast was disappointing and was an extra. Only had this one morning. Other days we ate in the cafeteria/bar

my wife and I stayed at this hotel during a road trip from Portugal to Monaco. The hotel located was conveniently a short ride from the highway and it had interior parking , but like all European hotel its quite tight to park a large vehicle.
