Booked this because it was the cheapest room in Mildura on a Saturday night, so naturally I was preparing myself for a mattress like a slab of concrete and a shower that dribbled like an old bloke with prostate issues. Instead, I got a room that was clean, fresh, and very modern for a rural motel. This place is only cheap in dollars, not in amenities. Great value for money and far better than I expected. Didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool shaped like Australia — missed opportunity on my part. Next time I’m packing the swimmers. Now for my gripe — and there must always be a gripe, just to keep things balanced. Truth be told, they’re hard to find… but if I’m being picky: The location is in town but not quite within easy walking distance to the main drag, which meant I had to keep one eye on my alcohol consumption for the drive home — always a dangerous game in Mildura. Secondly, it’s on the main road. Makes it super easy to find, but there is a bit of road noise at night. Nothing outrageous though — nothing a decent glass (or bottle) of local red couldn’t sort out. Would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and well laid out with small table and chairs. Also a couch.

Dated but mostly clean and maintained. Noone at desk on arrival at check in time. Had to press bell and wait

There was no kettl. air-conditioning was old, noisy and ratty all night. There was a mirror in the cupboard behind the microwave that wasn’t secured to the cupboard which rattled all night against a glass shelf. Bath was dirty. There was no soap didn’t end up having a shower.

It was a very good motel comfy bed good shower, only negative the y didn’t have under cover parking.

Too noisy all thru the night due to proximity to road but that’s not management’s fault.

Get ready to feel like you are sleeping beside a drag strip at night, hoons in cars and motorcycles racing up and down street. TV was an epic fail, only channels that worked were ABC & SBS SD channels, no other HD channel to watch when in room, TV was an old Palsonic….had to go and buy a HDMI cable from Bunnings to watch TV through laptop.

Carpet and curtains could be updated, a comfortable stay was had

Beautiful property. Very pleasant staff The water is not set warm enough Had to boil the kettle to make the spa hot enough. After running a spa there is no hot water for shower after.

One of the very best motels I have stayed on my trip. Starting with the friendly, helpful,kind and accommodating manager who helped me with everything I asked. The rooms are super clean and spacious and comfortable. Also located near shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this motel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Thank you!

Friendly welcoming reception who quickly resolved a request for a 2nd night. He provided us a huge suite with a full size dinner table, kitchenette facilities, huge bathroom with shower and bath. Limited tv service. Located right on major highway but little road noise even during the night. Small but refreshing pool on the grounds. Exceptionally clean carpet (so rare) Very comfy bed. Parking is at the back and can be a bit of a carry if you have a lot of luggage. Would highly recommend.

Got there on a 35 degree day to find the office unattended, mattress was hard and uncomfortable, a lot of road noise and the rooms are in desperate need of renovations. This place used to be one the best to stay at in Mildura, not at the moment.
