The place was right next to train railroad. And the place is okay just that I could not stay here because the bathroom was not so clean. The shower did not work. There are no close grocery mart that you can walk. The furnitures were overall old and the spider webs are mostly there in every corner of rooms, outside. The place is ok compared to price I guess but I just couldn't stay one day even though I booked for 8 days.

Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment.

we were very upset about out check-in. when we contact the property manager, they didn't have our booking record, the verification take them hours, letting us waiting in the rain forever. I think this is also the fault of Expedia, I have already make the full payment, don't understand why the property manager did not have our record.

Too noisy, next to train rails! Area is covenient bacause it has access to bus and one small supermarket, but the surroundings are not nice.

Thanks for the staff of the apartment. They provide very good assist during our trip in Swiss. Besides, they reply us immediately by email. Very good and prompt service.

Property is well located near to Lucerne station and well connected by bus. Reception is available at least in office hours that is a plus point. Coop store at the nearby petrol pump can be used to purchase everything including vegetables and fruits. Rooms are spacious, kitchen is well equipped. Wifi used to get disconnected frequently, I think it was done deliberately by the management.Video download was blocked. A lift would have been desirable as the apartment was on third floor.

Great experience. The apartment had plenty of space, the manage upgraded my apartment for free since I was traveling with family. He also found me a parking space for my car. Excellent customer service. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very price competitive, clean and spacious. Parking lot was very convenient and safe. It was all OK for us except little bit noisy when you open the windows.

We enjoyed staying at easyliving, it is very next to Coop with all daily needs and bus stop to Luzernbahnhof in 3 mins walk.

Comodo per tutte le età. Noi eravamo in quattro persone, di cui una bimba di 11 anni, un'anziana di 87 e due cinquantenni. Ci siamo trovati bene perchè tutto perfettamente attrezzato.

The property is nice and spacious. The only draw back is it is located near the train tracks and the sound of the trains disturbed our sleep.

3박 했고 위치는 중앙역으로부터 버스로 10분거리라 좀 외짐 시설은 꽤 괜찮았음 주방에 전기렌지 오븐 마이크로웨이브 포트 등이 갖춰져 있었고 방 2개 거실 화장실 1개에 침대 3 소파 1개있었음 하지만 바로 앞이 찻길과 기찻길이 있고 창문이 비교적 방음이 안되어 낮시간엔 시끄러웠음 밤엔 차도 잘 안다니고 기차도 안다녀 수면엔 지장없음 스위스는 물가가 비싸 레스토랑에서 사먹으면 비용이 많이 드는데 괜찮은 선택이었음

They need to give more details on how to get to the office They should add the gas station as a landmark n say it's on the street behind it

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Very easy to get to, no disturbances, very close to the city centre with access of excellent transport facilities

방은 가족이 묵기에 괜찮았는데, 기차길 옆이라 너무 시끄럽고, 동네가 후미집니다. 너무 더웠는데 모기 등 때문에 창문을 열 수도 없었습니다. 방충망도 없고요. 그래서 3박 예약이었는데 1박만 하고 다른 호텔로 옮겼다는... 그런데 환불은 전혀 안 해주더군요. 24시간 전 cancel 가능이라 1박 요금이라도 환불해 달라고 요청했지만.. 하여간 여름에는 완전 비추입니다.
