Very helpful staff, great conditions!

Sehr sauberes Aparthotel mit modernen Zimmern in ruhiger Lage, gleichzeitig sehr zentral am Anfang der Altstadt gelegen. Vom Bahnhof aus ist das Hotel bequem in zwei Stationen mit Bus oder Tram erreichbar. Besonders praktisch für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist Frühstücksmöglichkeit im Haus trotz der vorhandenen Küchenzeile. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr angenehm: Das Gepäck konnte sowohl bei früher Anreise als auch bei später Abreise problemlos an der Rezeption aufbewahrt werden. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen entspannten und unkomplizierten Städtetrip.

Our apartment was quite large with a bedroom, living & dining area & separate kitchen area (which we didn't use). Very clean & quiet. Extremely convenient (near Michael's Gate) & walkable in the city center. We did a self-guided walking tour of everything in the city center, including the two Christmas markets all in one day. Miro (front desk) was exceptionally kind, helpful & knowledgable. Miro our hero! Breakfast was an additional 11 Euro/person with good choices.

A great place to stay in the heart of downtown Bratislava! Modern, clean, high quality, friendly staff. The extra soundproofing windows in the rooms make a huge difference, though it's a tradeoff for fresh air. I found a good balance by opening the windows when I wasn't trying to sleep. There are countless cafes, restaurants, and shops within a short walk, plus easy access to trams to get across town. I will certainly book a room VIP Apartments again when returning to beautiful Bratislava.

Loved it. It’s right next to the busy street but surprisingly quiet thanks to the double layered window.

We had one night stay at VIP apartments and we were very impressed and would definitely stay again. Great location, literally next door to St Michael's Tower in old town, restaurants, bars and shops on the door step. Arrived before check in but was given room key so we could go straight there once cleaned when we returned from exploring, luggage taken to our room. Property was very clean, everything we needed and comfortable beds. We stayed on a Sunday evening and was very quite. If I visit Bratislava again I would definitely be booking VIP apartments again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the VIP Apartments. The location is amazing as is the property. The unit we had was nicely appointed and everything was well maintained. We purchased the breakfast option, which was served at an adjacent resturant. Breakfast was plentiful and most affordable. Highly recommend the VIP Apartments to other travelers!

Best central location easy to navigate the city centre

We loved our stay at the VIP apartments. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, in the heart of the old town with easy access to everything. The staff were also amazing and great communication. Our flight was delayed and they stayed past 12am to let us in which we really appreciated. Would stay here again.

Ubicación perfecta, justo al lado del arco de San Miguel. Sin embargo, dentro del apartamento no se escucha nada del exterior, así que se descansa muy bien. Las camas son cómodas, aunque las almohadas no tanto. Hay mucho espacio de almacenaje gracias al gran armario empotrado y a los numerosos cajones repartidos por la estancia. Nosotros nos alojamos en un estudio, y la ducha estaba en una estancia separada del aseo, lo cual resulta muy conveniente. La cocina está muy bien equipada, y la lavadora es un plus. La limpieza se realiza cada dos días, siempre que se coloque el cartelito en la puerta. Cuenta con caja fuerte y Smart TV Samsung. Boris, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Los únicos peros que podríamos ponerle son que no hay espejo en el aseo y que ver la televisión desde la cama resulta algo incómodo por el segundo sofá ubicado frente a la pantalla, algo que se solucionaría fácilmente colocándola en la pared. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme en VIP Apartments.
