Villaggio molto bello sul mare, accesso facile in acqua; bellissima barriera corallina.Ci sono diverse piscine, 6 ristoranti, diversi bar e la spa. Animazione internazionale e italiana. Cibo ottimo con chef italiano. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente!

We loved our stay at Reef Oasis! The grounds are very well looked after and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There are 6 different restaurants with 3 being part of our all inclusive package, the other 3 you had to pay for and also make a reservation when you get there. We particularly loved Sunset Court (one of the all inclusive) which had great food and even offered sushi on some days! We did try out Al Dente (one of the Italian non inclusive ones but were given a free voucher to try one day) which was VERY good and well worth going too. This could be advertised a lot better as we loved the fresh pasta here and wasn’t sure initially how different it would be to the other restaurants. We loved all the different areas we could chill/sunbathe in, all having great atmospheres and easy access for drinks nearby. The lifeguards are very good at keeping the areas clean and tidy. Our room was big and exactly what we needed. Our lovely room cleaner, Mohammad did an excellent job. Although we scuba dived every day so weren’t around to makes use of the activities on offer, it looked like there was plenty to do.

Tesis fiyat performans olarak fena değil, personel kibar değil, küçük bir Moskova. hemen hemen her gün aynı yemekler çıkıyor. Adult havuz olması güzel. Odalar daha temiz olabilir. Odaların restorasyona ihtiyacı var. Dışarı çıkmak için indrive ya da taksi uygulamasına ihtiyacınız var ama otelin içine almıyolar otelin dışına gitmek zorundasınız. Büfeler dışında snackler yetersiz. Tesisi çok geniş otel full olmasına rağmen hiçbir yer kalabalık değil.

The room was spacious and clean. Toiletries were provided and very good quality. Pools were clean and the staff were amazing.

Stuff is unhelpful. Service is very bad and stuff is rude. They are trying to make money on you, not matter what, especially if you are not from Russia, but from US or Europe. Very bad service and very old hotel and rooms.

The staff is very friendly and it was extremely clean. Constructive feedback would include trying to identify in English the ingredients in food at the restaurants. It was very challenging to find out whether the dishes were cooked with meat or not . Thepeople at the resort, extremely helpful and friendly, they did everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The scuba diving has excellent visibility. The biggest problem was that they did not pair up DIVERS according to their experience and degree of certification I was diving with people who are very inexperienced and had a shortest 32 minute dives. they need to pair people up from other resorts that are on the boat since there are many groups congregating at the same boat instead of pairing up people from within the resort on a larger boat. Also the payment system through the dive shop and the hotel needs to be improved since I spent two days trying to pre-pay hotels and diving, and they would not accept any of my Ten credit cards due to an error with US credit cards processing.

Great hotel, plenty of space, lovely pools, our favourite was the adult only relax pool, staff so helpful and friendly. Will put the towels on your sunbed for you, drinks brought round for you, even without asking! Never had a problem finding a sunbed. Very clean, beautiful grounds, good choice of restaurants to eat in, all food is really good, with a lot of choice. Will defo come back

Ristoranti molto buoni, soprattutto quello Valtur. Qualità del cibo buona. Uso della navetta scomodo per le stanze lontane. Ho ripetutamente chiesto una stanza più vicina alla reception e nessuno ha mai verificato se ce ne fosse qualcuna libera.

Il cibo non è un granché!!

Tornata a distanza di un anno, abbiamo mangiato meglio grazie al cuoco italiano. Personale della reception disponibile e risolutivo. Struttura grande ma meno di molte altre e girabile cmq tutta a piedi senza troppo impegno. Piscine belle di cui una riscaldata. Personale Diving Top e molto dolci con mio figlio di 10 anni.
