The layout of the restaurant room was a bit awkward, but the ocean view and the in-room hot springs are excellent! Only issue was that communication with staff. English does not seem to be well understood when we tried to reach the front desk. But overall we enjoyed the hotel well!

整體入住體驗不錯，我是自駕到酒店的，到達酒店後職員已幫忙代客泊位，登記時附送welcome drink，印象較深刻是酒店提供的膳食，尤其是早餐自助餐，食物種類不算多，但食物的款式及質素超乎期望，十分出色。另外，印象較難忘是日出的時刻，在海邊浸溫泉享受日出，實在是心曠神怡，惟美中不足的地方是廁所位置不知道是不是較近海邊，有較多曱甴及飛蟲之類，影響了對酒店房間的觀感。

It was truly amazing and the staff was wonderful.

Excellent services, spacious and tidy room. The hot spring is very good inside the room. It has a wide range of choices for breadfast, quite tranditional Japanses style and taste is good. High recommended. Just a small thing to be improved, it has a digital TV system in the room but mainly for local people I think and lack of Youtube. It is a bit old-fashion nowadays if you don't have Youtube installed for the TV. But overall it was a really good stay.

The view of the suite is perfect. The indoor onsen, half outdoor pool and jacuzzi are gorgeous. Even though it was raining so heavy, we still enjoyed the stay a lot

PS the included breakfast is icing on the cake; it was delicious & full of options

Das hier ist ein Resort, also kann man das natürlich nicht mit unseren Standard Business Hotels vergleichen, die wir in Japan sonst so buchen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Onsen und Meerblick, absolut traumhaft und auch riesig. Für den Preis sogar mehr als ich dachte. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super, viel Auswahl und hochwertig. Wir hatten auch Abendessen, also Halbpension. Das Abendessen ist teilweise hochwertig, aber sehr japanisch und als Menü konzipiert. Wer das nicht so mag nimmt besser nur Frühstück und isst dann a la Carte. Personal war natürlich super, wir bekamen erstmal einen Drink mit Blick aufs Meer während der Check-in durchgeführt wurde. Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer Smalltalk auf Englisch, haben von unserer bisherigen Reise erzählt und uns ausgetauscht. Haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für so 2 Nächte eine tolle Erfahrung mit genug Zeit die must-sees in Beppu zu machen.

청결하고 편리하며 식사도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 온천도 좋고, 바로옆 쇼닌공원이 있어 더욱 좋았습니다.
