Very central, close to everything.

There was some issues we stayed 3 nights and one of them nights there was no water in the bathroom so you can imaging, there was always an event at night and the people blocked the parking stalls so you had to leave the car parked in the street, the towels have had stains and one of them look like it was blood also the hotel has too many restrictions like you can’t bring food to the room or else also there was no hair dryer.

Excelente ubicacion, los servicio excelente de todo el personal. Espero volver pronto.

Deberían de capacitar al personal tanto al de recepción como el área de parqueo no fueron nada amables y estaban hablando mal de mi y mis acompañantes

This places is well located in a quiet area but some rooms need better maintenance. Some showers are very dirty.

This is not a hotel, or a motel, maybe not even a hostel, honestly it's a dump. I regret booking here but I'm glad it was just for a few hours. This place if filthy, falling apart, security is useless, they don't have parking. The breakfast is terrible. It should be shut down in my opinion.

Siempre es un problema, No me he podido bañar con agua caliente en ningunos de los dos cuartos k me cambie, la manigueta del baño da vuelta completamente y tienes k adivinar cuál es la caliente o fría y una a la vez, tienen una familia de cucarachas merodeando por donde quiera desde la más chiquita hasta la más grande, con polvo para mata cucarachas por todos lados, en las gavetas y closets, no tienen gaveteros o espacio suficiente para guardar ropa, me robaron 3 piezas del carro estando en el parqueo, me repusieron 2 piezas y me faltó 1 pieza k supuestamente la siguen “buscando”. Cada año es algo nuevo con esta gente. 😤😤 exigen demasiado y brindan tan poco. Los lavaderos para otros visitantes no sirve, no abren pork esta bien sellado. Solo 1 lavadero medio funciona y tiene ya par de años de estar así. Hoy me dejaron afuera sin poder entrar a mi cuarto por una mal confusión de mi parte pero aún así, no tuvieron la cortesía de llamarme y preguntarme señora se va a quedar con nosotros o k? Hoy es su último día, no. Ni una llamada ni nada. Simplemente dijeron no tenemos su # 😤 como será eso posible?? Si es lo primero k tienen que hacer es pedir toda la info de los clientes por cualquier emergencia. No. Simplemente me dejaron afuera y tuve k pagar una noche más para poder dormir con mi hija de 9. 😤😤

Todo fue muy excelente, el cuarto co modos muy limpio y el personal muy amables y muy educados

Nice stay

Nos tocó llegar domingo y había mucha gente en el área general y música súper alta, tuvimos q pasar a otra área y nos tocó q la alberca de huéspedes no funcionaba. El baño olía mucho a orina. Atención de recepción y todo el personal muy buena. Sino te gusta tanto el alboroto, en semana es agradable. Nosotras disfrutamos la estancia hoy. Buena música y sin tanta gente.

No hay parqueo, los carros en la calle el desayuno sin sabor sin variedad de eligir. Recepcion super mala. Más de una hora por hacer el I greso el que estaba no tenía mucho conocimiento.

The staff here are so friendly. The restaurant on property is priced well. The atmosphere is amazing. I will definitely be back for another stay.
