Tienen una ubicación excelente. El hotel es cómodo porque incluyen un desayuno tipo bufet. No sabía que estaba dividido por la calle. En general muy bien

Cuartos ordenados y con lo necesario pero se puede mejorar en cuanto a las cortinas y el aire, tambien problemas de humedad en las paredes. Pero en general por el precio considero que se contaba con los basico. En cuanto a la atencion de los meseros hombres creo que se pudieran capacitar para mejorar la atencion al cliente. Nota 7.5

Very good price and great room

The staff was super sweet, miss Julie from the cleaning staff was amazing and helped me with everything i needed, also the kitchen staff was nice. The only thing i did not like was the annoying people partying close to the pool until almost 11pm, i think is not nice that people stop making noise until 10pm, noise should stop a lot earlier, there should be more understanding for the customers that not party and want to relax after a long day working.

This place use to be a nice hotel, first off it’s really loud in the mornings, I don’t like the fact that the pool is not for hotel guests only, it is open to the public. At times the food wasn’t good, but the hotel employees were really nice. Will never stay there again.

The water service was out on the second day of the stay. Then next day, power was gone for half a day.

Toallas sucias y con mal olor. El acondicionador de aire no funcionó. La recepción cerrada en la noche. Comprendo que no sea 5 estrellas versus costo, pero el cliente merece limpieza y bien trato por lo menos

Parking is a bit of an issue

Esta vez tuvimos muy mala experiencia en el servicio del personal del restaurante estubimos sentados más de 20 minutos y nadie se presentó tuvimos que abandonar el lugar

La ubicación es muy buena. Precio salió perfecto. Atención al cliente debe mejorar. Recapacitar los empleados sería bueno para ofrecer mejor servicio. Atención a los detalles y linpieza es requerida. Los dos hombres de seguridad feuron muy buenos y amables.
