Very clean premises with super friendly staff

The hotel is equipped with Tesla EV Superchargers, and the staff are exceptionally friendly.

Breakfast could is a variety of fruit options parking was very convenient

Clean room, nice staff, and easy parking.

Overnight stop and need a good sleep and directions to a good meal. Phil at the front desk was excellent in achieving both. Would stay there again. Nearby was a good place to walk about and explore.

Expected more although my stays with this brand are infrequent. Maybe it is weak stsndards not mgmt/ownership.

Good property, only Problem was the proximity to the high way, lots of traffic noise and the in room AC unit is very loud, especially whe. It kicks on and off,every 10 mins or so, makes sleeping impossible

A nice standard room. Staff were helpful and the continental breakfast was good!

It was end of Sept so many of the of the eating establishments were closed.

Clean room and convenience to town. Only thing was the rooms were loud in the older building.

Unfortunately very noisy due to a few teams. Pool was closed, hot tub unavailable because of the kids. Breakfast was ok. Not bad overall

Great parking area, very warm welcome and check in. We had last room as there was a sporting event. The youth were polite and were quite by 10:30 pm, we pack ear plugs.

The room was clean and spacious. We were on the main floor of their second building so we had access to a little patio area off our room. It would have been too hot during the day, but the evenings in Osoyoos stay warm in September and we ate our dinner out there and it was lovely. Location is just over a kilometer from downtown, so easy to walk to shops and the lake. Breakfast was more basic than other hotels on our trip. No eggs/bacon/sausage/hash browns, mainly continental with the addition of a pancake machine. Unlike most places it worked, but there was only one and it was set to make a single small pancake. We were very early so it was no problem, but later on I'm sure it would have been a very long wait to get near it. Phil at the front desk was personable and helpful. Nice to encounter someone with a personality.

A good mid-range hotel. Nothing fancy. Pool and hot tub unfortunately closed the day before we checked in
