Pathetic management. No confirmation on room reservation/receipt. I booked Luxury Suite via Expedia but was provided with a normal room upon check-in since luxury suite was "not available" even after reservation.

On reaching hotel, my experience was Horrible. Total unprofessional while handling. I booked 2 luxery rooms and in hotel for approx 1 hour they were negotiating with me to give Deluxe room for Luxary room. (Reason: they don't have luxury room available). They were showing me various pathetic rooms in name of luxury rooms. Not recommended.

Experience was fine, Since we had to stay only one night. The hotel was apt due to nearness to railway station.

breakfast not good, sippage in room walls, over all not a better place to stay
