J’ai réservé Executive Design Double Room en 2025 donc longtemps en avance en mentionnant que je célébrais mon 46 e anniversaire de mariage et on m’a donné une Chambre simple supérieure. Je me suis plainte mais rien à faire car complet. Le lendemain pour me faire plaisir on m’offrait une chambre similaire à ce que j’avais et on m’a fait comprendre que les chambres affichées pouvaient être différentes de ce que j’avais réservé. Alors non plus pour moi

Great water pressure Great ac room was always beautifully cold since outside temperatures were around 40 Centrally located , close to Notre Dame Room clean and comfortable bed Since it’s an older hotel showing a bit it’s age Front desk very helpful when we had phone issues. Internet worked great

When you think of hotel you think location, location location!! This was the reason I picked it. It's not close to tourist traps, I felt like a native. It was in premium area next to major lines that put me any where in the city. The hotel had a esthetic I was looking for, with some modern up keeps. The rooms was lovely. Enough room for me. The bathroom was just right. Ony the water kept getting on the floor. Housing keeping came ( even tho I keep my room clean anyway) they came replenish items like towels. The wall are thin. I could hear my neighbors complaining about everything under the sun. I wouldn't understand how she could complain the room I had was lovely. I love that someone was always at front desk. Cucumbers water and candy. Lovely sitting area. I loves My hotel. I would stay again. I was surprised by the things I didn't know was there... small single elevator... I don't have to share with people. The central air conditioning.... which was haven sent because I went in the middle of a,heat wave and I'm so grateful to have had air conditioning. They held my bags after checking out. It was a beautiful place and as pictured and described. Would recommend.PSA. BRING YOUR OWN FACE CLOTH... NO HAND WASH CLOTHS.

I had an excellent 3 night stay at the Hotel Minerve. The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a nice view of the Parisian streets from the window, and especially important since it was in the middle of a heat wave, it was air conditioned, so it made for a great retreat in the afternoon after a hot day around Paris. Great location as well, with Notre Dame and the Pantheon a short walk away, several Metro stops nearby, and an lot of nice little cafes and restaurants within a few blocks.

This was a sweet little place not far from the action but quiet.

Exceptionally clean, friendly, helpful staff and great breakfast. Easy access to Ile St Louis & the Marie. Travelling solo and found the area very safe.

Room was very clean but cramped. Lotion and body wash. Toothbrush and sewing kit but no shampoo conditioner. AC was heaven as it was 100 degrees outside. Staff very friendly. I didn’t see the basket of croissants and water in the lobby until I was checked out.

Tout fut très satisfaisant, sauf l’isolation phonique( on entend trop bien la chasse d’eau des toilettes d’à côté et les conversations dans le petit couloir).

Clean room

Yes small Parisian rooms but so clean and location was perfect for walking Paris. Amazing comfort and location.

After an issue checking into our room, we were finally given the key to a room that didn’t have someone else’s things inside. The room was quaint and suited our needs. The front desk was helpful in resolving their issue.

this is not a three star hotel; there is no real window in the room; this place was a dump in a crappy part of latin quarter. a hotel this bad can wreck a paris vacation - avoid

Wonderful hotel. We stayed in the superior twin room, lovely, very clean hotel with comfortable beds and bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom was on the smallish side, but very similar in size to other hotel rooms in Paris. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and located in a great and central area, would gladly stay there again!

The woman at reception was friendly and very helpful each time I encountered her. Breakfast was outstanding. My room was very tiny but comfortable in general. There lacked a shelf for placing my necessary toiletries in the bathroom. It’s a good thing that I’m a small-sized person.

Très bon accueil à l'hôtel et au petit déjeuner, personnel professionnel et agréable.

An Ok stay for the price

This was our second stay at Hotel Minerve, and it was great. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight from the U.S. and were greeted by a receptionist who was not only welcoming and friendly, but also let us check into our room right away despite the 3 pm check-in time. Our room was well-appointed and comfortable, a bit bigger than most hotel rooms we’ve stayed in in the Latin Quarter. The lobby and hallways are nicely decorated in a classic style. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

First room we were given had the tiniest of bathrooms where your knees touched the wall whilst using the toilet and the wash basin was outside in the bedroom. We asked if this was definitely an executive design room and apparently it was. However the hotel receptionist was very helpful and showed us another room which was larger and had a proper bathroom (why would you want a wash basin in the bedroom, ridiculous). Breakfast was good - eggs, bacon, vegetables, pancakes, smoked salmon, cold meats, yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast, pastries, and staff were very good. Overall, it served us well as we were there to see the city and not our accommodation but the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired.

The hotel is well located for notre dame and the latin quarter and is reasonable value in an expensive city for hotel accommodation. The room was comfortable and clean. Very helpful staff.
