Clean and good price

I highly recommend this hotel. It is awesome. The staff were wonderful. It is essentially located to walk anywhere in downtown San Jose and then some close to shopping, eating and museums.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely awesome. It’s located in downtown San Jose. It’s within walking distance of many many restaurants, shopping. Anything you want the museums? It’s all right here.

Looks clean, but feeling unsafe because of the neighborhood and there was no private parking. We could park on the street but have to get up and move the car by 6 AM to a parking garage 1 or 2 blocks from there. We finally didn't sleep there and left for a different hotel without asking for the payment back (we checked in and stayed in the room for about 10 minutes and decided to leave).

Said it was near the airport nowhere near it bad neighborhood no parking I didn’t even stay there but still had to pay

Para dormir es un excelente lugar, de noche tener un poco de cuidado a la hora de salir debido que hay varios indigentes. Pero por comodidad tenia lo básico para descansar. Bastante centrico de las terminales de buses.

La atención al cliente es magnifica

Queda en el puro centro lo cual es ideal para desplazarse con facilidad. La relación calidad precio esta muy bien. Son habitaciones basicas pero con todo lo que necesitas. Lo unico que mejorafia seria la limpieza de estas. Le hace falta una limpieza profunda a las cortinas y los baños. Se nota mucho moho en ambas. Fuera de eso es un buen lugar basico para pasar la noche
