Hotel muy limpio, el personal en general muy amable!

Las fotos que se ven en la publicación son engañosas con la realidad, el hotel es muy viejo, y lejos de manejar como decoración los muebles antiguos, deja mucho que desear. La puerta principal no tiene manera de ponerle algún seguro. La habitación no tiene teléfono, si necesitas algo, tienes que ir directamente a la recepción. El baño no tiene techo, el agua caliente dura 5 minutos y se enfría, no te dejan ni una botella de agua en la habitación, en general, no lo recomendaría.

El estacionamiento es muy caro

Personal freundlich, jedoch kaum englischsprechend, daher Kommunikation deutlich erschwert. Pool ist sehr klein, jedoch sauber und zum kurzen abkühlen wie in einem Tauchbecken ok. Sitzmöglichkeiten zum kurzen ausruhen zwischen der Stadtbesichtigung sehr wenig. Lage war fantastisch, gleich im Geschehen. Parken gibt es in der Nähe ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, Kostenpunkt völlig in Ordnung.

Todo bien pero ya hace falta cambiar colchones, y entra ruido exterior.

We are a family of five who stayed there during our visit to Merida. On the positive side the placement is very nice in the old city. It felt safe.The area is very walkable and has lots of shops and restaurants. However, the standard of the room is very bare, to the point where our room did not even have a chair or a nightstand. The bathroom was very old and shabby. To be honest, not very nice. It was not very clean neither.

En cuanto a calidad y precio cumple perfectamente, la habitación fue cómoda, limpia, había aire acondicionado y ventilador, lo que me pareció maravilloso por el calor que se siente, y está súper céntrico de todo, es fácil de moverse caminando y a la vuelta pasa el "va y ven" que lleva al aeropuerto

Muy buena ubicación, limpieza, la alberca muy bien 👍pero para descansar hay mucho ruido en los alrededores (bares y hotel) y las habitaciones y puertas no aislan el ruido,

Location is great.

Hotel in the middle of el Centro, blocks off the Plaza on St Lucia Park. Would have been a great stay except for one huge problem. The hotel is next to a club that blares music from 9pm till 2:30am. This noise permeates the hotel rooms,making it impossible to sleep. Kavia is big enough to constrain the club or sound proof the walls between them. I have stayed in places with music in the hotel or near by but this was the worst. Staff was great, it's clean. But it was not enough to overcome the noise.

Que podrían mejorar en sus camas ya que a mi hijo q estuvo en otra hab amaneció con picaduras, y que en la pág dicen cobre con estacionamiento e internet y no hubo , a parte tuvimos pagar estacionamiento

Es una muy buena opción si quieres hospedarte de forma económica en una zona céntrica

El personal fue muy atento, me recomendaron tours increíbles, siempre estuvo limpio La alberca es pequeña pero bastante agradable alrededor hay muchos restaurantes y bares atrás

Todo bien, solo la fachada esta un poquito descuidada. Del servicio perfecto.

En cuanto a calidad y precio es una opción. La ubicación es ideal. Sin embargo no sirve el Internet ni la TV.
