The staffs in night and morning they are both kind and considerate despite of late checking and waiting our car. He allow us to stand by for a while in the lobby area.

Front desk agent did his best, but both rooms offered were not great. First room had pet hair all over the bed and reeked of cigarette smoke ("non-smoking") Second room was closer to neutral smell and in moderately better condition. Convenient location by mall and restaurants. Expedia photos were much nicer than actual rooms.

The room was not vacuumed upon arrival, walls were splashed, unwashed/dirty. The shower ceiling had terrible mold. The overall room was dirty. The photos posted were misleading and the property is in poor shape with the management not respecting those that stay there with a clean room. Basically the room has not been sanitized for a very long time. It gives a feel that you do not want to touch anything with bare hands with all kinds of things splashed on the walls that the motel has not cared to clean up. I have taken photos for Alberta health Services especially regarding the black mold.

So if you are not too picky and just need a bed, shower and toilet, it fits the bill. Its location is ideal and surrounded by many food services, shopping and realively quick exit to leave town. The place has transferred ownership; new owners are making steady renovations. The staff were very transparent about the accommodations and had me preview prior to finishing the booking. As I said, I'd rather spend money on a great steak dinner that a place to sleep. No bed bugs or mice which is always a bonus.

Very pet-friendly. Disappointed to find two containers of food in the microwave and in the freezer that were there from before we arrived.

Good hotel for the price. Beds and bathroom were clean. Rooms are obviously dated and could be cleaner but not terrible. Very basic continental breakfast. Friendly staff :)

Large piece of broken glass with many small pieces on the floor of the room and pen spring in the bed under the sheets absolutely no towels in the room and when we asked for additional pillows we’re told they would bring and never came.

I ended up not staying here because the rooms are very run down dirty and falling apart. They charge whatever they want for you to stay trying to charge $100 for the room which is to expensive. I would not recommend this hotel anyone to stay at.

Room is disgusting, showers broken, beds out of date. Pillows as old as the building. Last time i stay here or use expedia. Very dissapointed. Could have stay at better for less.

The lock to the room was broken, there was clearly illegal activities going on, blood stains all over the room and no one there gave a crap. Wouldn’t give a refund but I still didn’t stay. ZERO STARS

Its very friendly atmosphere but thr rooms need to be bleached scrubbed and bathrooms were disgusting. The rooms definitely need to be properly cleaned
