BABY ROACHES IN ROOM, REFUSAL TO SERVE BREAKFAST AT 9:20am AFTER BEING TOLD WAS OPEN UNTIL 10, THIS PLACE SUCKS, I HAVE PROOF OF BABY ROACHES IN ROOM

I loved how clean the room was. But the water wasn’t running well

Upon entering the room I tripped on a loose floor tile near the bathroom door. I discovered there are actually two loose floor tiles. Additionally when I went to close the curtain before I went to bed, I stepped into a really soft spot on the floor, near the wall by the AC unit. I am assuming that it is likely due to moisture from the HVAC. Lastly, I woke this morning to discover small roaches in the bathroom. There were several, on the wall, on the sink surface and in the sink, as well as in the shower. I decided to check out of my two night reservation

When I arrived the hotel smelled like cesspool and it was very humid. The receptionist Arriane tells us that all their amenities are not available. She states that the elevator was not working, the pool was closed down, there was no available breakfast at all, and no A/C. She states that they are giving back refunds but if we check in the refund wouldn’t be available. So I decided not to stay at the Ramada due to all these inconvenience. I triple checked with the receptionist( Arriane) that if there was anything further I had to do so I can cancel and not be charged. She told me I didn’t have to do anything that canceling wouldn’t be necessary and I wouldn’t be charged. A day later I get charged when I never stayed at the hotel. This has been the most unpleasant and unorganized service I’ve ever experienced. I do not recommend staying or even thinking about staying at the Ramada.

The loby was hot. Front desk clerk told me elevator and pool was broken. I explain to clerk I am unable walk up stairs to my handicap room due health condition. She told me to leave she would hotel.com know to give me refund.

Elevator was not working and no continental breakfast.

Horrible place to go

From the moment we pulled up, we knew something was off. People were wandering the streets, and the area looked run-down and unsafe. Before arriving, I received a call informing me the kitchen was closed for maintenance; inconvenient, but manageable. However, when we attempted to check in, we were told the elevator was out of order (strike two). We made our way up the stairs to our second-floor room, and at first glance, it seemed clean… until we turned on the lights. Roaches. Crawling on the walls. Crawling on the chair. It was absolutely disgusting. We turned around and left immediately. This hotel needs to be shut down and professionally fumigated. I would never recommend it to anyone. P.S. Don’t be fooled by the hotel next door; it’s just as bad.

The air conditioning is not working well, the elevator was not working, and i was on the third floor, going up and down was tired there were frogs inside the stairs. The room smell bad

It was convenient we did request another room due to mold around the windows have stayed before and rooms was great

The whole hotel smells of weed everywhere

Worst hotel ughh I picked the option to pay at the property and while I was coming into town they tried to get it out of my card they ended up canceling my room cause my card was locked and couldn’t take out the payment .. I’m glad they did as soon as I walked into the hotel the whole lobby smelt like w**d I wouldn’t want my kids to be in a hotel where ppl are hot boxing their room worst experience
