The front staff was amazing and very helpful and made our stay comfortable

Air conditioning was not working in any of the rooms. Staff tried to accommodate by providing fans. Hot water was not working due to boiler failure, as advised by reception. Scuff marks in both reception and rooms on older painted walls. Paid for breakfast through Expedia was only sweet pastries, nowhere near the selection displayed in the photos. This hotel does not match photos provided. Would not stay here again.

Didn't realize this hotel is on the 4th fl of a building... a bit uneasy at 1st (lobby is a mess) but the hotel itself (26 rooms) were clean and comfortable. I would say they should add some shelves in the bathroom for toiletries.

Excelente atención por parte del personal, 5 estrellas en cuanto a servicio. Con respecto al mantenimiento de las habitaciones, deja mucho que desear; las paredes maltratadas, a un apagador le faltaba el botón de encendido.

Was good but the best is the excellent location to Nationale street which all buses ( quick and no traffic) go through.

Hotel bem localizado, 7min de caminhada da estação Termini, 18min da Fontana di Trevi. Café da manhã mais simples, equipe do hotel bem atenciosa. A única coisa que não agradou, foi que o hotel fica em prédio, cada andar é um hotel diferente, como se fosse albergue.

Entrance is not as bad as some reviews say. It was clean and updated. Elevator is small but worked fine. Staff is friendly . Rooms are very clean and daily cleaned. Comfortable bed , good air conditioning, good continental breakfast. Excellent location.

Das Hotel ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Fahrstuhl ist nichts für 2 Personen mit Koffern. Unser Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als auf den Bildern.

O hotel está bem localizado, tem ponto de ônibus na porta e a estação de trem está a poucos metros. O que achei bem diferente é que ele compartilha o mesmo prédio com outros hotéis e tem um elevador minúsculo, que inclusive quebrou uma vez, mas consertaram rapidamente, pq o hotel está no quarto andar. Tivemos um problema com o banheiro que estava com o ralo do chuveiro entupido, então o banho da primeira noite foi bem desagradável, só tem recepção até as 23h então só no dia seguinte pudemos acionar a manutenção e foi rapidamente resolvido, no entanto o banheiro é meio precário, não tem suportes para colocar shampoo e sabonete, e a papeleira estava quase caindo. O quarto em geral é bom, bem amplo e confortável, só seria importante uma pintura, as paredes brancas estão bem sujas. Uma menção especial a atendente Victoria, um amor de pessoa, muito gentil, prestativa, nos deu várias dicas sobre a cidade. Ela é demais! Todos os problemas que tiveram foram pequenos frente ao atendimento que ela nos deu. O café da manhã é bem razoável.

한국인 후기 남겨요. 결론 먼저, 좋았습니다. 지하철하고 가까워서 바티칸 가는것도 수월합니다. 많이 걸어 다녔는데 걷는거 자신 있으시면 관광명소 걸어가셔도 되요. (저희는 걸었음) 호텔 청결도 괜찮고 안전하고 친절하고 아침도 유럽식으로 괜찮고 화장실도 괜찮아요 (수압, 물온도 다 굿)
