Absolutely gorgeous as usual. Could do with few more vacituties for disabled as id a back brace on and so leg .

Lovely hotel and spa, great accommodation and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive.

All round wonderful experience

Shepard’s hut was ok, not really worth the money in my opinion. But the spa and food are amazing.

This place is the lap of luxury! Every area is spotless and the bedrooms are immaculate. Furniture is in good condition and excellent in quality. Staff are well trained and helpful. They go above and beyond to take care of guests and do it pleasantly and professionally.

Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Facilities were great. The overall experience was great. Highly recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights for my gfs 30th. Lovely stay sheperds hut was very chill and serene. Only problem we had was when we ordered a takeaway from the Galgorm, we ordered a curry sauce and it was laughable what came. Apart from that everything was brilliant, thermal village has everything you could want. Plenty of options to choose from and the celtic sauna infusion was an enjoyable experience.

As perfect as always. This is our favourite hotel to come to for relaxation. Amazing.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. 5 star service from every member of staff the whole time. The resort is beautiful and you would not be disappointed. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Our stay was fantastic. It’s lovely to feel that you’re spoilt in a place and it’s even a little better than if you were home(!) Things like the GHD hairdryer, the Dyson(?) heater, the complimentary mini bar, the bath bomb the gorgeous coffee pods and the pillow spray all add to the feeling that you’re definitely on holiday and spoilt! Galgorm has taken the top spot in our list of places we most like to stay - we will look forward to our next opportunity to be back.

Brilliant stay in the shepherds hut.

Firstly the staff on check in were amazing. Couldnt have been anymore helpful. The facilities are the best ive ever seen. The range of eateries on site are top class. We got a Woodpecker delivered to our sheppards hut and it was delicious. The Sheppards hut itself is outstanding. So comfy and homely. We could live here. Cant wait to get back and stay again.

Brilliant from start to finish, from the wee man at the front door doing the complimentary valet parking to the waiting staff was exceptional, the food was just beautiful in all the restaurants especially the Castle kitchen restaurant and the added bonus was the transport to the castle , excellent!!!! The spa and thermal village is just amazing even in January!!!! We will definitely return in the not too distant future, 5 star !

It really is a fabulous resort to stay in. Now that I have stayed In a lodge I don’t think I would stay in the hotel again.
